I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s typically my go to when I stay in DC. This time however, I wasn’t super happy with the visit. my first morning my shower was freezing after showering I went downstairs and told the front desk if someone can come look at it. I was told because it was cold outside to let the water warm up for 20 minutes before getting in. I had also ran out of towels and toilet paper as I had my daughter and her friends with me. I called down to the front desk and after an hour and a half half no one had brought any yet. I end up going to the pool and grabbing some towels. The next morning I did as they said and let the shower warm up for 20 minutes.. water was still freezing.. my room wasn’t as clean as it normally is. The pullout couch blankets were dirty, and I had to ask for new ones. The bedroom carpet was dirty and had stains. Makes me sad that cause I love this hotel. But I was a little disappointed this visit.

Property is beautiful. Garage is hard to maneuver. Suite is smaller than expected. Paid 44 dollars to park in a small cramped garage. Safe area to be. Lots of people with shopping bags

Service of front desk and dining staff was amazing. We dealt specifically in the dining room with Mahlet & Rechelle, who were both amazing.

We hade a wonderful time at the hotel The staff was very kind and helpful The pool and hotub was great We also get a breakfast to go because we had to leave early We will definitely come back

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Washington DC Georgetown and had a mixed experience worth sharing. **Pros:** 1. **Cleanliness:** The hotel was immaculately clean, a crucial factor in any accommodation. 2. **Staff Friendliness:** Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. 3. **Parking and Accessibility:** The parking was easy to find, and the hotel is situated in a walkable area, making exploring the surroundings convenient. 4. **Room Comfort:** The suite with two queen beds was spacious and provided a comfortable stay. 5. **Quiet Environment:** Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful ambiance. 6. **Breakfast and Location:** The breakfast offered was delightful, and the hotel's location is ideal for tourists. **Cons:** 1. **Hidden Fees:** The major downside was the mandatory hidden fees. The hotel imposes additional charges, which are converted into credits to be used at the hotel or its local market. However, this felt more like a forced purchase rather than a benefit. 2. **Overpriced Items:** Every item at the local market was priced at $5, including simple things like a bottle of water. This uniform pricing seemed unreasonable and didn't offer good value for money. **Conclusion:** Overall, my stay at Embassy Suites was pleasant with exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities. However, the mandatory hidden fees and overpriced items at the local market

Excellent place

We stay here whenever we visit DC. It's fairly handy to most locations in DC. Large breakfast array.

Jose and Mahalet really made this stay extra nice. Internet was out for 6 days, but outside their control. Shower flow was low on 5th. Great bar and lounge. great pool and hottub. great breakfast w omelet station. Excellent rooms. I’ll keep going back!

I always love Embassy Suites. This one was particularly clean and very spacious! Close to a lot of restaurants, etc.

Only a minus is that when you take schower you have to wait for warm water

Friendly staff. Unfortunately our two rooms were"sandwiched" between a room that hosted a "raging" teenager birthday party. The noise was unbelievable and after the "security"/night janitor asked them to quieten down at 1;00AM after multiple complaints I had to get dressed at 2:00AM and go down to the front desk. The desk clerk did go up there and twelve kids were escorted from the hotel by ONE adult. In the morning it was apparent there had been at least twenty five kids in there along with their amplified music, glitter bombs and NO supervision. The manager assured me the next day I would be compensated for all the disruption that we endured....still waiting....crickets!
