Pool was closed, dryer was broken, body wash for shower was empty, lotion was empty

We got their and a few of my friends came the front desk said I wasn’t allowed visitors in my room they had 20 min to leave when I ignored him he called the cops told them my friends were trespassing and made it that we all had to leave I never not a refund for the room nor the $100 deposit he said it was an inconvenience fee for all the extra ppl in the room that were not loud keep in mind we were quiet and not bothering anyone we were all meeting up at the hotel to go out and he called the manager and he kept saying only 2 people allowed in the room no visitors longer than 20 mins

The door had a large gap because the walls were crooked, a lot of outside, noise, continuously, and the pool was not able to be used because it was disgustingly green!

The staff were great but bathroom and room in general were pretty bad and dirty

Room stank like cigarettes, even after being there 3.5 days. One day I forgot to leave the room fan on & came back almost unable to breathe. … The refrigerator froze everything we had regardless how the gauge was set. … one night I awoke to a woman screaming obscenities to someone in the hallway of lobby around 2am. … Roach-like bug running around on the tv stand.

We had an overnight stay and the hotel was accommodating for a possible early check in which we ended up not needing. Check in and check out were both very smooth. The room was beautiful and clean. We would definetly stay here again

It wasn't expensive and i used the pool and hot tub. It was just a place to stay for a couple days while we traveled to bear creek mt. to snowboard, which wasn't too far way. No issues, friendly staff.

The best thing I can say is that it’s cheap. The hot tub is hot, but no real power from the jets. Breakfast was average. Room was okay. The place needs updating. Needs carpeting and paint. It doesn’t take much to do that. I felt cheap staying there, but if you don’t mind that it is really low budget, it will do.

The sink and shower were not clean. There was a fingernail clipping on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Towels and sheets looked and smelled clean. Room was modern looking and updated. No hot water to make tea or oatmeal for breakfast, otherwise a good variety of breakfast foods.

The hot tub was in good working order - a perfect temperature, and the bed was comfortable.

We decided to stay in this Hotel because it is close to my in-laws home. I stayed with my husband, children and mother in law and rented two bedrooms. It is affordable but because of the maintenance and service. I would rather go a higher price. Pool is freezing. Tub and toilet bowls are dirty. Towels are limited. Rude night shift management. Morning people are great.

First when you advertise an indoor pool you would think it was heated! Nope. My kids couldn’t go in it because it was as cold as the outside. The showers are loud u can hear the rooms around u take showers and u can also hear the people in the rooms around you. My kids didn’t sleep well at all. Also when the heat turns on it’s loud. Morning breakfast was okay except the milk was sour.

When arriving there was What looked like a full timer being evicted with all their bags of belongings stacked up by the entry door and an other car parked close to the entry stuffed full of belongings that appeared to belong to another full timer. Room was nice looking but when pulling back the bed covers there was long black hairs and slobber stain on the pillow. The second bed looked like it had clean sheets.. I still wonder about that though. Ledge around top of shower surround was caked full of dust and grim, I’m guessing the cleaning staff must be shorter then I am and did t see this area for some time but it was pretty nasty… the entry door Eletric door / card lock would not lock it was alright while in the room with dead bolt on but couldn’t leave anything there while gone. Dog barking for hours, people next door in a verbal fight for another hour. Web site says coffee pot in the room but that’s not the case any longer. Coffee in lobby but not until 7:00am thankful for Perkins next door open at 6 with hot coffee. We had three rooms this trip and glad only one had roaches. It’s a shame, this place looks nice and appears they are doing maintenance and improvements maybe just need to step up with some better management or they will have others like myself staying elsewhere.

What is there not to say bad about this place..? When we first pulled in the parking lot we saw a lady in one of the room windows acting like she was hanging herself with a blind cord. Check in was ok but that same lady came out and tried to give my children something. When I said no thank you she threw it at me as I was walking out. (Turned out the next day my husband saw her with a name tag so we think she might work there) Unfortunately we were traveling through and had already paid for the room ahead of time and no other rooms in the area were available for the night. We went to our room which was supposed to sleep 6 but the pull out couch was only a single so one of us had to sleep on the floor or cram 3 to a bed. It was listed as a double sleeper couch. At night in the bathroom the floor is crawling with roaches/bugs. Honestly had it not been snowing we would have just slept in the car for the night. This place was awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Very interesting story to tell the family when we get home from vacation. Eww

The hotel staff did not let me rest in peace.

I booked on expedia.com n i had two rooms at the howard Johnson but i had reservations at Days Inn on Airport Rd. So i called the hotel and made sure they didnt canceled the wrong one. I called expedia said they would still have my 2 rooms there. But they canceled the wring hotel. And the ftont deck 2 guys were very rude n my kids were upset cuz how the guys were looking at them . So i will never come back to the Howard Johnson or the Days Inn n i posted it online .

My children for so sick from the black mold inside the windows and air conditioning units. We were in the ER 3 times.

It’s great for the price. Indoor pool is open. Easy to get to from interstate. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Horrible continental breakfast. No pastries, only had a couple small bagels, no hot water to fix what little oatmeal they had. When asked, they thought we were crazy. Then a couple of the workers go and laugh behind our back. Room was in fair condition. Not impressed from past stays at other Howard Johnson hotels.

There’s a little confusion at the sign-up desk, whether we had a reservation or not none of the receptacles in the room or able to hold the charger plug-ins so that was a problem. Breakfast area was a little mixed up and you can’t run the toaster in the microwave at the same time as a trip to power cord The workmanship around the building was shoddy at best The pool is not heated at all or if it was, it wasn’t working and could not be swam in ( which was why we booked it in the first place)

The room fridge froze items, there was no body wash in the shower dispenser, the vending machine in the lobby was not working and the staff didn’t seem to be concerned. The chambermaids / cleaning personnel were very loud in tbe hallways before even 8:00AM.

The upgrades to the property are very good. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you.

Hotel was very clean and mostly updated. Water pressure was non existent. Had to move around to catch streams of water to get soap off my face. Otherwise, no complaints.

The complaint about the room 111 smelled like wet clothes/dog and reason inwas told was because of pool and floor getting wet. Ive stayed in many hotels with pools and never had a toom smell like that. and remote was missing which was later found when ge did come into my room a few minutes later under the a/c unit i did tell the front desk about it and the guy was gonna come look he was busy. And the place smelled like weed all over. And not the first time The second complaint room 112 was about blood being on the pillow my friend and i walked to front desk together and told the front desk about issues again in both rooms he looked at my room and i stated above and he then walked into my friends room and looked at pillow and walked away and was also told his carpet was wet couldnt even take off shoes We all walked to front desk and they switched my friends room to a suite room 239 and i walked away thinking he wasnt gonna donanything about my room so i followed my friend to new room. Then went downstairs to my room and front desk was calling me to ask if i wanted to switch rooms i said ok and went from 111 to 105. When i went to switch rooms insay hotel staff walk into 112 and take out pillow and walk out with it on her shoulders with blood on it kinda strange to be honest ud think the whole bed wouldve been changed. So to sit there and say the staff was anaware of issue is a lie. then how come were switched rooms. The way this comes off to me is the cleaning crew isnt

The door on the room did not close well, all Galway noise was audible . the heater when it came on roared . The internet completely did not work 2nd and third day . The building was clean but rundown

Nice place for an overnight stay for a college visit. Clean room and comfortable bed to sleep in. Didn’t need more than that.
