Awesome stay. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to get me into a nice room with a view of the ocean. The room was a good size and very clean, and looks like it was newly upgraded (I stayed in the sky tower). I ate at the restaurant late in the evening and the food was good.

Our room was not clean. Hair in the bed, feces in the toilet, urine on the toilet, hair in the glass located in the bathroom and pubic hair on the phone. We requested our room be cleaned while we stepped out for dinner,when returned only the toilet was cleaned but no linens changed and pubic hair still on the phone. They did move us but to a smaller room.

Valet, restaurant and bar, excellent service but on day of checkout, we waited over 25 minutes in our room for a bellman. Called front desk, NO answer. I walked down to the front desk no one was in the lobby, 2 checkout individuals stand there and ALL the bell carts sitting there. When I told them they FINALLY got someone. Not sure what their problem was but no sure if we’ll return. Too many choices nearby.

Beautiful property! Very convenient walking distance to Fashion Island mall & restaurants. Hotel has a complimentary shuttle that can take you anywhere w/in a 3 mile radius.

The pool and view from the pool were amazing. The room was excellent and service from the front desk was ideal. Fitness center was excellent as was the restaurant and bar areas. Overall I would definitely make a point of staying again. I would suggest charging stations for customers like myself with hybrid/plug-in vehicles.

The staff was amazing. The Fall Festival was a fantastic event, that we were surprised to see. All of the accommodations were top notch. We didnt have time to visit the restaurant. However, the food served in the pool area.

Staff was very attentive and polite. Everyone was willing to go above and beyond and were all extremely friendly.

Hotel is beautiful with great pool and lounge areas. Clean and quiet next to fashion island for great shopping.

Celebrated my day at the pool with cabana and it was very fun. Staff was great, atmosphere was beautiful. Will definitely come back!

Great Great Property

The front desk did not accommodate me in any kind of way. The lady at the front desk at first said they had no upgrades available, but then said she would see if her Manager would accommodate. After waiting 15 minutes, she came back and said her manager said no but try again the following day. I asked that following morning, and the same thing occurred. I've worked in hospitality for years, and this was very disappointing.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms have wonderful amenities, and the location is close to many dining/shopping options.

Fantastic luxury property with excellent amenities and wonderful staff!

First time at this hotel to celebrate an anniversary. Initial vibes were good and we were greeted right away. Checked in and we headed to our room, once inside room it looked nice but on the smaller side considering the price point. Went to use the bathroom and noticed right away it was not clean whatsoever. They did send a maid to clean it but as time passed on I noticed in several corners of the room there was dirt collected alongside someone else’s hair. I’d say food at the outdoor bar area was mediocre. Drinks made up for it a bit. So overall quality of the hotel for the price point does not match. I’d say given the feel of everything it is definitely overhyped and at best a $300 a night per room hotel considering the area too. Despite this we made the best of our trip and enjoyed everything else we had planned.

Beautiful property and views

Excellent place to stay and enjoy gym, pool and nice city. It’s not a place if you want to go to the beach.

Literally across the street from Fashion Island, the staff were incredibly friendly (special shout-out to Tamara ), always smiling and eager to help. Stunning views from our rooms. Clean and modern bathrooms, comfy bed. It was perfect for our short Newport family vacation.

There are a lot of good looking people and everyone is having a good time
