This place is OK for a night or, our room was close to the elevator and facing the freeway so there was constant noise. For anyone who will decide to stay here I recommend not getting a room that's facing the freeway or close to the elevator

After 5 p.m., no service. You want an extra towel. Too bad. Ironing board collapses and you want a replacement. It's not normal to do that kind of work at this time. Washing machine eats your money and doesn't work. That's not us. Let me give you a phone number for the washing machine people.

Bed was comfortable and the location was quiet, clean and safe.The room could have been a tiny bit cleaner, and the A/C would did not work well. The TV was having some kind of issue with their provider WORLDVUE and no one at the hotel seemed to know how to fix it.

This was not a bad stay and the staff was friendly and helpful. The night was a bit noisy being right next to the highway.The room is due for a refresh. As a remodel contractor, I was disappointed by the shoddy workmanship. The caulking was done by a three year old and the tile setters were very lazy. I would stay again, but there is room for improvement.

Hotel had a funky smell. One of the drawings in the room had burn marks. Bed was clean and comfortable. Body wash smelled good but was not soapy at all. Breakfast was okay but no bacon.

Staff was very friendly and accomidating

It was very convenient for access on and off the freeway... I did think the parking was very tight for person with a full size vehicle. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant.

We were given hot fresh cookies on arrival. Clerk was very professional and nice.

Close to Sharp hospital

Lights beside bed not working. They left a ext. cord besidebed to plug phone in. Bathroom sink had black dirt ir something all in. Bed where you lay was like laying in a valley.

I love the convenience of how close the 8 fwy is so being to the beaches or any other connecting fwy is easy but be prepared because the fwy is loud. However, in our room you count best the fwy at all when the window is closed. Breakfast was well organized with many more options than expected. Staff is friendly. Only having 1 working elevator was a bit inconvenient for as busy as it was so the wait time was excessive. But the size and cleanliness of the room easily made up for it. Loved having a microwave, good size fridge, and kurig coffee pot in the room in addition to a multi-option specialty coffee maker on the main floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return! As usual, Best Western comes through as a top notch, reasonably priced hotel.

Convenient spot for our needs. Close to the highway, very loud. The room was clean overall, but the corners needed some work. A corner near the curtains was pretty dusty and gross. Friendly staff, good wifi.

There was water damage/mold in the ceiling above the shower. That doesn't happen overnight which in my opinion speaks to the level of maintenance.

I’ve stayed here many times and this place has never been better. Under new management. I couldn’t be happier and I will stay here a lot more frequently now.

This location was easy access from the freeway. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Vending machine broken and charged me 10.00 and didn't receive nothing. Electrical plugs were loose and I have COPD and us a breathing machine.

We appreciated the large room. The only negatives were that our room was alongside a freeway so it was noisy, and we appreciated getting housekeeping service but received less towels than we had originally. Otherwise the breakfast offered many choices and the location was close to where we needed to be.

Check in was super quick and easy, I wish I knew her name but I hope the woman at the check in desk gets paid what shes worth. People aren't nice like that anymore-- I don't know what's happening to the world. I love staying here, it's quiet, clean, easy parking.... On a side note , at some point my daughter and I had been waiting a good 5 min for the elevator to show up and once it did and the doors opened, we were awkwardly , spontaneously , "cut off" by like literally 6 employees. They all came out of nowhere and filled up the elevator......or so they thought. It was weird and rude. I shoved myself and my daughter in there so we could all get to know each other. They asked me what floor, I said 2 at the same time they guessed because I had an ice bucket in my hands. But, just to make it weird, the Doors opened on the third floor and they pointed to an ice machine.....they basically kicked us out. Yes, we were getting ice but it was the 2nd floor vending machine we were after. So, I decided to surrender because I don't have time to be all suspicious on the elevator. We waited another 5 min for the elevator so we could finally make it to floor 2. Even if the herd of cattle politely asked if they could go ahead of us in a life or death rescue mission , it would've been unlikely but way more appropriate and respectful.

I would not recommend this particular BW. I usually stay at BW but will never go back to that one. Ants in bathroom and after changing rooms it was the most noisy ever. Also the hotel smell musty

The staff was super friendly and it was very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good it has a little bit of everything.

Hotel was relatively nice, though a tiny bit older property. Was expensive too for a BW

So Loud noise early morning upstairs shower and talking hall way outside. We tried to sleep in but couldn’t sleep well ..
