Water pressure is not strong

Its was freezing in the lobby area. The heater was not on. Asked the front desk but said if they feel cold they will turn it on. I looked at the temperature on the thermostat and it was like 61.

The bed was not good and they had a dog Barking all night long.. It's the first time that they didn't take care of the problem of the dog and that I had a bad bed mattress.

I booked my stay on line not knowing the room the individual put me, would be a handicap access, which I refuse to stay, then I asked if I could transfer to another room, the attendant (she) instead accommodating me bcoz I check in late, she charged me xtra $24 on top of my $110 booking online, it was a rip off, had no choice but to pay the difference smh..

They gave me a room that was designed for someone handicapped. At that, floorboards were creaking, rust on the metal everywhere, A/C unit so old it sounded like it was on its last leg. They really make you feel you paid bargain price for their room.......

The Staff were great. Very friendly and concerned for my welfare. The building is a little old and could use some aesthetic repairs. Has a cute patio with pool. Otherwise, it was a bed I could sleep in while visiting my family for the Holidays.

Tv dint work thers a $200 deposit for a $70 dollar stay .

Our stay is OK. We were only there for 1 night but the hotel lacks serious maintenance. The shower control was loose and the water didn't really get hot (just lukewarm), there is a huge gap around the bathroom sink & the countertop, the corner of thebaseboard in the bathroom was coming off & seriously lacks caulking, it has a musty smell. The hotel is good for only 1 night stay, no more. But other than that we enjoyed the breakfast.

Good location right off freeway. We stayed at this hotel many times and it is constantly improving. The hot breakfast is great. The workers areall friendly and helpful.

Floors creaked outside and inside the room. View outside the window was a cement wall ten feet away. Bathroom tub was in bad shape.

Everything was excellent,just needs some upgrades on bathrooms and replace tv remote.

The staff is friendly I think is the only good think. The hotel is old and not well kept. I only got a 30 min of late check out and housekeeping still knocked at my door before. There is a loud noise that didn’t let me sleep all morning. No shampoo and conditioner. The ironing board was broken, I had to asked them to replace the light bulbs in the bathroom. Definitely first and last time there.

Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. Had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The bathroom has hair, trash and bad smell.

For the price i paid for 1 night. Should have been better. The hotel has become run down and needs updating. The chairs in the front lobby need to be replaced they are a safety hazard, I almost fell. Also, you need to update pictures online. The room we were given looked ok ,but noticed statins on the office mesh chair and corner chair needs to cleaned.

The stay was okay, you get what you pay for. Upon arrival the room had a horrible smell & was very humid but it was clean & well put together just like the photos thankfully. During the stay I did notice the bed near the bathroom was damp & felt like it had been soaked in something & that side of the room had a pee odor as well so that was a bit unpleasant after I stepped in it... other than that the room was pretty good, would still recommend it, just spray some febreeze & wear shoes at all times lol

Clean Room and Bathroom: Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that my room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The housekeeping team had done an excellent job, and I felt comfortable settling in right away. Breakfast Option: The breakfast offered at the hotel was a nice option for guests. It provided a decent variety of choices to kickstart the day, ensuring I didn't have to venture out early in the morning to find a place to eat. Areas for Improvement: Noise Through Walls: One significant downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful and undisturbed rest. This issue affected the overall comfort of my stay. Outdated Interior: While the hotel seemed clean, the interior felt a bit outdated. Some areas appeared worn, and the decor could use a refresh to match contemporary standards. A modern and fresh ambiance would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Breakfast was great, and the room was clean with linen and towels. If the air conditioning noise can be reduced

The room I had was in bad shape. There were dents in the walls, stains all over furniture and carpets. It was disgusting. The gym that was advertised was "closed for repairs" the entire time. It looked like it was never open. The property was dirty, but the staff was nice.

Staff was not very friendly and welcoming when checking in. The hallway in the second floor smelled super bad the rooms were clean but the aC felt like it wasn’t cooling down.
