Everything was cleaned except for the refrigerator. There was an odor of left over fruit/wine.

Hotels is conveniently located. Front desk staff very cordial hotel is looking a little used but has a poster in the lobby showing the improvements that are going to be happening. Very close to access I-696 and M-10.

Sheets wasn’t changed from previous visitors .. socks in the corner panties stuffed behind pillow key card under pillow which shows the linen was NOT CHANGED!! Had crazy ants everywhere front desk said they couldn’t put us anywhere else and no refund

The overall stay was good, however, there was a very limited and poor breakfast selection. The reservation staff was good and even offered us drinks on the house when there was a problem with the keys that delayed our check-in upon arrival. On a somber note on the day of check out, we noticed our blanket that look like it was not clean and was in need of a washing.

My room was dirty when check in my bathroom had hair on floor and the housekeeper took my person bath towel and pool dirty will never stay here again

Definitely a place to lay your head. Not the best, not the worst. The water pressure is phenomenal. Nothing around the area has to drive a bit to get a bite. I have stayed here twice, and the second time confirmed, I'll look at some other options. I wouldn't dread having to stay there, but I'll look around.

The clerk gave me an initial room that someone else rejected due to lack of cleanliness. The next room that was given had linen that hadn’t been changed with nasty spots on the sheets. Then the clerk gave us sheets that looked worse than the initial. We were scheduled for three nights but had to leave after the first night and are requesting a refund.

Mediocre 2 night stay for me. Nice front desk staff, however, a few issues I had were the room wasn’t vacuumed (chip crumbs and candy wrappers left on the floor from previous persons stay). Housekeeping did not stop by to change sheets, bring new towels or provide new trash bags and the business chair in the room was broken so I couldn’t make use of it. Not a horrible stay but definitely not what satisfied with what I got vs what I paid for.

This was a 1king bd $230 one night stay that felt like it could have been $90. Overall it wasn’t bad but it was far from $230. The cleanliness of my room was 6.5/10
They have a bistro that is barely open. The staff is cool. Hotel just need to add more value for your money.

The front desk clerk was very rude the bathroom was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable,And the dryer took my 2$ and the front desk could careless.

Never got room service. Asked for more towels and pillows three times and never received. The man that worked the desk at night was rude. The pool had enough chlorine in it to strip the paint off a jetliner. We cut our trip short by two days because of the service at this hotel. Pre-paid for this visit and still got charged a deposit. First time ever having to put down any kind of deposit for a hotel stay.

After driving 7 hours to the hotel, when I arrived, I had to wait at least 5 minutes until the gentleman at the front desk showed up from the back. I peeked my head in the back to see if there was someone. When he showed up, he was very rude, and told me not to come in the back. I just came in the back to make sure there was someone there to give me my room key after a long ride. I arrived on November 16 around 4:00 p.m.

Lobby furniture dirty wore out, smell of febreeze overwhelming. Staff friendly. Room had dirty towel hanging in the closet, carpet was filthy and the upholstered chair was filthy, wouldn’t consider sitting on it. The bathroom area was clean but fresh towels had not been replenished.

So disappointing - I stayed at this hotel for 2 days - when I came back for day 2, housekeeping hadn't shown up. I had food from the night before and had hoped the garbage had been taken care of.....when I went to the front desk to mention this and ask for linens and coffee, he complained that the service hadn't been provided for someone else. This didn't make me feel any better - and I was being very pleasant about it. The next morning, the bistro wasn't open for breakfast because the worker hadn't shown up....I was traveling for work and on a precise time schedule. It added a wrinkle for a stressful day. Lots of other issues - no sanitation supplies in the fitness room, no glasses for water as well.
Not sure if I"ll ever stay at another Marriot - very very disappointed.

Besides having trouble getting into the room with the keys provided, the room itself smelled like mold and smoke. The hotel had dirt stained carpet throughout. The other guests were noisy, running through the halls, and shouting throughout the night. We didn’t feel safe and will never be back.

It’s definitely not somewhere you would stay long term… it’s very outdated, old. My shower had hair in it, stains on carpet, on the walls, and lampshades. The workers at the front desk was nice, but it’s not worth the price. Very expensive, but low quality. I will not stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the time on the breakfast. It closed 39 min before time. Only one person was working and it was a lot on her. She needed help. My heart of compassion went out to her struggle.

There was only one set of towels and when requested 2 sets for 3, was informed that wasn’t possible and could only provide one set. Didn’t receive towels the night of request so called next morning and was informed towels would arrive soon. When towels arrived there were only 2 towels, 2 hand towels, and no washcloths. Called the front desk and was informed I would have to wait for the washcloths and there was no timeframe. Tub had slow drain and tried to call front desk several times but no answer. No housekeeping provided although family members 2 rooms down, received housekeeping. Room restocked with only 2 towels and 2 hand towels, no floor mats, sugar or cream.

It was an average place to stay. Shower didn’t drain quickly so water stayed in the tub. They don’t provide individually packed toiletries for multiple guests just one. Complimentary breakfast was served at the Marriott next door, but it didn’t seem to be advertised that way. Other than that, everything is pretty much fine and taken care of.
