Highly recommend! Hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable, pool was a perfect temperature and never overcrowded, the shuttle to and from old town was a nice convenience. The only thing it would've been nice if the pool bar had a lunch menu!

Concierge Carlos was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Beware, there is an abundance of roosters that roost in the trees outside the rooms and start crowing at 3 AM. We needed to wear earplugs for the duration of the stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The frequent shuttle bus to the old part of town was terrific; we did not need to drive our rental car anywhere (or pay the hefty public parking fees). The on-site travel advisor was invaluable: he made some excellent suggestions (more than we had time for) sight-seeing and eating. Room was spacious and comfortable; it had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. It was a very pleasant stay.

Suman was well dedicated and provided us with a quick check-in process. The hotel is quite clean and tidy. A large restaurant, with American breakfast. A spacious and clean swimming pool

Property was conveniently located near the airport.
We booked this property after our flight was cancelled due to the severe weather. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable at an affordable price. Breakfast was also included. Staff were responsive to our needs and friendly. Pool was very nice and grounds were beautiful.

A very good value for any hotel in Key West. It was clean well maintained reasonably priced because it was not very close to downtown Key West but they had a free shuttle. Wasn’t by to many other things but I would stay here again . The free breakfast was good also.

Had sink and water drainage issues in the bathroom that no one came to fix or even apologize after repeatedly complaining many times or even room service

Hotel is BASIC. Very clean. Had to ask for housekeeping everyday; sometimes they never showed. Problems solved quickly tho. Pool was small but adequate except for chicken poop everywhere (don’t go barefoot!)
Front desk were friendly, but not very knowledgeable. Johanny & Delvin were absolutely fantastic tho & turned us on to many great places. They saved our vaca truly!
Shuttle to Duval St is convenient but books quickly & should run later.

This is a newer property but our sink was clogged where water wasn't draining. Kids had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. There was a fee to park the vehicle ($15), they also had an amenities package ($25) if one wants to use their shuttle. The free breakfast was a good addition with quite a few options. I only wish they were cleaning the tables fast for folks to sit and use. The location is good from the other major attractions except that it can be loud due to the major road by it. We were awaked few times by the sound of emergency vehicles at night.

Front desk simply said hotel was overbooked and put us in a room with a King bed and a rollaway bed that could accommodate 3 people. We had booked much in advance for a room with 2 queen beds for a party of 4.

The only negative is.. there are Rosters walking around and the make their Noise at 3:30am ( cocka doodle doo) waking me up. Very annoying .

Just ok. Water came underneath the door from the rain. Pool was cold and had bugs in it. The roosters woke us up early. The breakfast buffet was super crowded and food wasn’t fresh. The beds were comfortable.

Parking was terrible. Spacesvwere so small you absolutely couldn't get it or out of your vehicle. My car got dings from others because of this! This was the only issue. Its a beautiful Hotel. Breakfast is just to basic. Never hot enuf.

The toilet seat is too small for the toilet. The bathroom door sticks, you would need to have someone from the outside let you out. The shower door had visible soap scum. Just little things…no attention to details.

We like the Hotel, right at the key west entry, free shuttle to waterfront every hour, quiet and clean. Liked the outdoor heated swimming pool and continental breakfast.

The staff was amazing and attentive to our needs. The bartender at the pool bar was amazing and friendly! Definitely will be coming back next year!
