Room was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable great sleep. Nice and quiet at night except for the dripping tub tap.

Overall not a bad place to stay. Place seems a little dated, but the beds were awesome and i slept great. Only gripe i have is i tried calling the front desk a couple times but no one answered.

Close to Hershey Park, easy drive. Lots around hotel. It is a bit out dated but great for the price. Staff is great.

The stay was great except for the low flow shower head that made it difficult to rinse soap off. I found myself having to stay in the shower 3 times longer then I normally would have.

Aging building. Dirty. Blood on the blankets. Wifo worked intermittently. Phone in room was broken. Good location. If you're spending minimal time in the room it would be passable.

This is a nice affordable hotel for visiting Hershey. It is close to the attractions and offers different size rooms for your family needs. Breakfast is also included and pretty decent

My only "quibble" (and it's a very minor one) is that breakfast is available only from 6 AM to 9 AM. Because the alarm clock in the room was confusing to me, I didn't have it properly set to go off at 7 AM; instead the radio came on! Luckily, I did wake up shortly after 8 AM and was able to get dressed quickly before everything but the coffee and tea service was taken away. btw, everything I had for breakfast was fantastic.

A classic Comfort Inn, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and clean linens, efficient elevator, clean and organized breakfast area, microwave available in breakfast area but not in the room I was in, refrigerator was in room. Pool water was very warm and felt great, pool is very spacious and clean.

This Comfort Inn is tricky to find — it’s next to a shopping center but not IN the shopping center. You turn off a side road that meets a main highway, then immediately look for a tiny sign that says “Comfort Inn,” with an arrow pointing you onto a long, curving driveway into the hotel parking lot. This actually gives a secluded feeling to the property, and spares you the traffic noise and difficulty exiting that many hotels have if they’re right on a main road.
The rooms are a bit out of date but well maintained. The manager informed us that the entire property is due for a complete renovation in 2 years.

Nice big room! But the extra gem was the night auditor! Somehow my key card lost its ability to let me in my room but this super friendly and helpful gentleman helped me out even though it was nearly midnight and he was at the counter when I left out early the next day with a smile on his face! What a great team member!

I needed to change my reservation and depart one day early. Shawna at the front desk worked with Expedia and me to make this happen. She was very professional helpful and flexible.

We stayed overnight prior to an early morning appointment at the hospital. The staff were just wonderful! My room smelled like a dog had been there, but it was otherwise clean. I do wish the was some vegetable option at breakfast. Even salsa would be appreciated.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and really did go above and beyond for my granddaughter and me. From the front desk to housekeeping to the super nice ladies running for breakfast area, Bravo!

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 4 year old grandson. The hotel was nice and clean. They staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was great and the pool was very nice. About 12 minutes from Hershey park and near other good places to eat. Would stay there again.

This is an older property, no USB ports and breakfast ends early. No business area for printing, but staff was helpful in getting print outs. Nice pool and friendly staff.

I spent 30 minutes in the waiting area with all my kids and the employee attending us didn’t seem happy to help.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly, beds were horrible, hair on bathroom ceiling . Smell in the hallway .
