Everything about my stay was great. The location was nice, the staff were amazing and my warm cookie was actually warm. I was thrown off by my room not having a microwave or a Keurig. There was a coffee maker that used pods that were not sold locally anywhere. I have a 2-5 cup a day coffee habit and didn’t like that I needed to leave the property so I could indulge in a cup or 3. It’s fine if the rooms don’t have those items but I fee they should mention it in the “room amenities” section. I definitely would not have selected a room without a microwave or Keurig/traditional coffee maker. Those are a couple of “must haves” for me.

Everything was wonderful with two exceptions. The pillows were not good. All the same squishy feel. Have options. Also have coffee available in lobby through checkout time. It was very nice a receptionist went back into kitchen to get a cup!

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice size with plenty of space to move around. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Bathroom was kind of small but that was only a minor inconvenience. The menu and guide buttons on our remote didn’t work as well but that wasn’t much of a hassle either. Overall it was great stay at a nice hotel that offered plenty of amenities and friendly service. Would definitely recommend and most likely would return if I were in the area again.

Always wonderful to stay at Doubletree. Comfort and nearness to highways as well as an amzing breakfast everytime. Carpet needs upgrading and possibly extending the hours at the bar/restaurant during the evening hours.

It is near a lot of food and shopping locations. Everything is near by and also walkable. The hotel was clean. Only complaint is that, beat the elevators they had sanitizer stations that didn’t work.

This hotel is definitely an amazing place to stay. The staff went above and beyond from the time we checked in until we checked out. We arrived an hour and a half early and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She has a great sense of humor and checked us in early into our and explained everything about the hotel and what amenities were provided. Since we checked in on Thanksgiving day and were tired we at the restaurant and the food was amazing along with we at the restaurant and the food was amazing along with the waiter. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be booking another stay real soon.

It had a very country atmosphere with rocking chairs, fireplace. It was beautiful with the fall background of the changing leaves. They need to change the music. It was playing hip hop music in the very early morning and quite loud, so that you couldn't sit and read with a cup of coffee on the deck.

There was a disgusting hand print on the head board, there was fuzz all over the vent in the shower. Wall paper was peeling off the walls the carpet had an iron burn. I felt like I needed a shower when I left. Very dissatisfied!!

Has a welcoming porch with swings and rocking chairs. Very friendly staff. Room and hall carpeting needs replacing, but otherwise, rooms very good size and nice layout. Great water pressure. Was a little surprised the curtains in our room were torn, but could live with that. When we had an issue with the door cards reader not working, the engineer was sent up ASAP. Quiet area and convenient to eating and highway.

The property was neat and clean. No security cameras. While i was there about 3 or more cars was damage, broken into, broken windows and stolen items. No free continental breakfast for the price you have to pay to stay there. If you wanted continental breakfast it was $10 and $18 for buffet breakfast.
