Bathroom was broken so water overflows on the toilet. We have troubled approximately 2 hours during fixing it. I felt what is the five star hotels with watching trouble shooting process and their attitude. Furthermore, they do effort to satisfy our inconvenience with free break fast during whole stay. I will choose intercontinental first when I go to overseas countries.

Great hotel, very convenient location just a few meters away from the Ginza line. Our room (premiere room) was very good, and the extra bed for our son was already settled in when we checked in. Very good cleaning, excellent shower room as well.
Excellent facilities at the hotel, the gym was spacious and machines were new and clean. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, and nice lounges and bars as well.
I would like to personally thank the Concierge team who were very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. Special kudos to Philippe and Hitomi.

I stayed at many hotels in japan.. and on my very last night my previous booking was canceled by mistake …. I had to find a room so I chose this “five star” hotel only to get to room and find a disgusting and dated room with crunchy hard carpets and and old tub from the 80s there was dirts in places and mildew in the tiles …. The hotel wouldn’t accommodate a late checkout and wouldn’t consider finding me a new room …. The food at the restaurant was overpriced for the type of food that was prepared definitely in no way a five star hotel I couldn’t even get breakfast from the restaurant at 10:30 they closed the restaurant and sent me away definitely won’t be staying here again

The staff were great, a very convenient location but the rooms on the non executive floors are getting very old. The first and second floor lounge was great and parking was good too. I feel it is a bit overpriced.

I had a wonderful stay at the ANA Intercontinental Tokyo in December 2023. The entire property is well maintained and the staff provides excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and provide all of the conveniences that one would expect in a modern Tokyo hotel. A real highlight of the hotel is its' Executive Lounge. Breakfast (a la carte), afternoon tea service and cocktails/canapes are served to guests with Executive Lounge access. The food and beverage options are excellent, and the lounge staff are exceptional. I highly recommend the ANA Intercontinental Tokyo for your next visit to Tokyo!

The service at the hotel was wonderful; friendly and efficient. The club lounge was beyond my expectations, everyone working there was welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere, along with the food and drinks provided were of the highest quality and very elegantly presented. I'll definitely stay at the ANA InterContinental again when I return to Tokyo.

It's an old interior and access from elevator to the room is a little confusing. The metro station is close, but actually there's a long walk after getting off the metro, but breakfast buffet is great and in all, I'm very happy with my stay. I'd love to stay again. Thanks.

My room stank of smoke. The staff were kind and brought me an air filter which didn’t do much. I would have requested a room change but was exhausted and only there two days. Staff were awesome just the Smokey room was bad

There is a fee for using the swimming pool in this hotel, but the website does not specify that the swimming pool is an additional fee (it feels like deceiving consumers)
Moreover, their fees for using the swimming pool are very interesting, and even those who do not use it to take care of their children have to pay the full amount
I was charged over 70 pounds for using a swimming pool once. It’s ridiculous
