Absolutely horrible! Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, toilet wouldn’t flush, towels were stained, next to train tracks so trains went by blowing horns all through the night (wasn’t mentioned on the motel description), and was just overall a terrible stay!

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. No bugs is always a plus! And a great price. I barely heard the train where my room was located but I actually like the sound of trains.

Bring your ear plugs. Even though we had a room well back from the road, traffic noise was loud and at all hours. The heater/air conditioner was really loud too. Trains blow horns right across the road from the hotel. Sink faucet was from like 1960 and barely worked. No breakfast. Really enjoyed Leal’s Mexican though.

The worst experience of our lives!!!!!!!! the heater did not work and it was in the negatives the hot water was cold so no showers the front desk never answered! I had to accept a room I didn’t book cause they didn’t have any clean ones! NEVER AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The place was raunchy. The room smelled like a bar. We used an air freshener but it didn’t work. There was no hot water to take a shower. The towels were nasty. They were dirty and dingy. The wash cloths were dirty, stained and you could see right through them, and it holes in it. The tv didn’t work most of time while we there. It said the room had a coffee maker but there was none to be found. The walls were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep very. The only thing good about was that we were there only for a night. I just suggest that you spend the extra money to stay at the Hampton inn or the quilaty inn. At least have free breakfast. These guys don’t. Never staying here again. Next time I’m spending the extra money to stay somewhere else. I guess the saying is right. You get what you pay for. That explains why there were only a few vehicles. They must not have that much options.

The outside looked nice but once we got to the room the door was broken and wouldn't lock so they moved us to another room.when we went to the new room it was completely filthy there were flys in the room and the white towels were brown instead of white. We wound up sleeping in our car instead of staying there. Was kind of scared to touch anything in the room because of the condition and filth

The building was mid-renovation. What had been done, was very well-done. What had not been updated, needed some work. The owners were very helpful and friendly. With a little more time, the whole place will be fully updated and very nice.

My family n I had to take cold showers. Only was given 2 pillows per bed. The shampoo n soap was already used. The pictures of the property were very deceiving. The locks on the door did not work at all. And the pool they said they had was a concrete slab!

Booked two rooms. Very pleased with the condition. Newly remodeled. Parking was abundant and convenient.
But what I will remember was that the lady that checked us in was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend.

The facilities are run down. Temperature of the hot water and cold were hardly distinguishable. Both were luke warm. I had to kill several flies before I could settle down in my room. There were ants in the bathroom and when I went to put my water in the refrigerator, there were ants in the refrigerator! I wiped out the refrigerator and placed my water and juice in there but by morning the juice bottle lid was covered in ants!
It's advertised as pet friendly but the only place to walk the dogs was down a dark alley in the back of the building. It felt very unsafe for women. The staff was friendly and the bed and linen was clean. Unfortunately those two things didn't make up for the lack.

The problem was I was charged the pet fee, which is fine but the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the laundry didn’t work, the ice machine didn’t work so seems a bit tacky to charge full price without anything working

The room is not very clean and water in the tub clogs and doesn’t go quick, it takes lot of time and we didn’t even get hot water, it’s just warm water when the temperature outside is freezing cold

Disgusting! In the morning the toilet suddenly stopped filling. No water from the tub, hot or cold. Yet the sink worked fine although the hot water never got above lukewarm. Called the front desk and was told the city had shut off the water. Since the sink worked, I called the city and was told there were no water shut offs. The front desk then admitted there was a problem on their side. They would not negotiate the bill or anything even though I told him I would scorch them in a review. He didn’t care. Disgusting experience, guess you get what you pay for.

I liked the price. Came with a clean bathroom, no mold signs. Worn down conditions but still clean at least. No issues with cable tv or any room stuff like fridge or microwave. Next door to decent dining options. I slept well despite being across from a train.
