It was ok for the price ,we stopped for a short nap check in was a kiosk and a breeze… You can tell it’s an old hotel but it’s being updated!!

Overall good stay! Kiosk checkin was something cooool!!! Will come back during valentine's week.

It was nice and quiet

There was a kiosk to check in, not a fan of outsourcing but it worked for us, was quick.... Our room and the hotel needs a major renovation.

Beware! I think all of the good reviews are fake. Never again. Linens and towel were clean. Tv and internet worked. Front desk staff was friendly but you had to log in on a weird kiosk with someone in another country. Tub floor was chipped so unusable. Carpet and walls were dirty and sticky. Musty smell. Mostly yucky and creepy vibe.

Staff was great and accessible to my needs. I had to extend my team stay and were very helpful on working with the days I need it. My team forgot the keys in the room and were very kind to open the door to get back in. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was under significant construction. There was a workout room, but it was just a collection of items that looked like were discards from another location and did not necessarily match or work. The lock to my room frequently did not work. I tried getting a new key, but that did not work. You had to give it 12-20 tries before it opened. There was dust and dirt everywhere. There was no freshen service, and I was there for four days. Two stars (at best).

They use a kiosk for check-in and check-out. Not user friendly. Kiosk down when I tried to check-out. No one seemed to respond. One person booted up the machine and left. My time is valuable too! Motel is a 24/7 business. If you can't accept that fact, don't get into the business. No back-up plan when the machine fails.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, as I was playing a softball tournament. When we got to the hotel it looked like it was under construction from the outside . There was no one at the front desk to help check in . It was all done on a virtual machine. We get checked in and went to our room which our keys didn't work . Once we got inside the room it smelled like smoke . The bathroom looked dirty on the floor and there was a red spot on the wall in the main room that looked like blood. Later that night after swimming there were no pool towels to use . Said they had a bar in the lobby that was no where to be found . After the 2nd night there we went swimming again and again no pool towels. We asked the front desk for some amd got yelled at. He yelled i have no pool towels and told us to use the ones from our room . He was very rude to us when we talked to him . Also charged me 2 different prices for each night even tho i booked the nights together. Would not stay here if you can help it .

It was an okay hotel for the price i paid.

Property and room not in best condition. Room was half painted, noticeably so. Shower/tub fixtures were broken.

I like the breakfast option and the room is nice and clean

Staff was rude upon arrival. Made us check in via kiosk not the desk, while 2 people at the desk. Room was being renovated, 3 different floorings, lock falling apart on the inside, incomplete framing. The bed mattress was so soft on the edges could barely stay on, but hard in the middle.

The room was unfinished and bathroom door was broke and did not close. Not having an interior security bar did not help either.

Refused to cancel our booking although we never showed up at the hotel as our car broke down.

There's a weird kiosk that you have to use to check in and out and it takes a long time to use it- especially if the person is busy and doesnt come to the webcam right away. Theres basically no service here whatsoever. No front desk person to help with anything. Someone in my group found bed bugs and they would not refund us when we left. I put in a call to correct this but no help there either.terrible all around

This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. It was very impersonal when we were asked to check in using a kiosk. Then the room was very unclean. The floors were dirty, a towel was unwashed and had makeup on it. There was mold behind the bathroom faucet in the caulking, and the upper shelf of the armour was dusty and we had to clean it ourselves prior to using it. I took pictures to showmy husband. After checking out we overheard a woman asking for a refund because there were bedbugs in their room. I will not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pictures were deceiving. The room we got was not clean. There were stains on the carpet and walls and had a weird smell. The also is no bar/restaurant and the only thing they had for breakfast was cereal. Would not recommend.

Shower was coming out like a hose, both sinks had hot and cold on the wrong sides, queen mattress’s on double frame. Sit or lay on edge of bed you will slip off onto the floor, hot tub was inoperable, pool area had no towels and wasn’t very clean. Continental breakfast was choice of 4 high sugar cereals, nothing else! Check in was through a kiosk. Hard to find a worker anywhere!

They advertised they had a pool/hot tub but when we got there they were both down and after doing some reading on the reviews which I should have done first I guess they have been closed for a long time. The bathtub in the room was spray painted or something on the bottom so there were sharp pieces sticking up, the kids couldn't even take a bath, the toilet that was half used already was just sitting on top of the sink counter, the front of the toilet was not cleaned as you could see pee marks going down it. The double size mattresses were on twin frames I believe as it did not fit the mattress, there was something that looked like poop on the inside of the comforter. There looked to be mold up by the ceiling. Walking through the place they had these big round garbage cans that didn't have a top, we checked in probably around 4 or 5 in the afternoon and they were full to the top when we checked out at 6am the next day they were still full and there was no air through out the hotel hallways and it was really hot outside, so this really smelt bad. I don't ever leave reviews but this place was terrible, definitely not worth the money, I would have gone some place different but every place was at capacity due to the soccer tournaments there which we were part of so we needed to stay in the area. Happy that I didn't find any bed bugs that was the only plus.

This was the single biggest ripoff i have ever had. The hotel is rundown, the rooms look like they haven't been updated since the 90s. Paid $170 a night for this it was insane. It smelled awful and the kiosk check in took forever.

Pool was closed the entire weekend 'pending health department inspection', which was a huge disappointment since the only reason we picked this hotel was that it had an available room and a pool. The hotel must have been under construction, since some parts of our room were new and some were old (and moldy like the tub surround) and there was a lot of construction dust both in our room and throughout the lobby. There was no soap at all in our room when we checked in and the TV didn't work, which luckily was fixed promptly by the front desk staff - who were doing their best in a bad situation. The layout of the hotel was great - old school with the pool in the middle and rooms all around - so we'd really hoped for a good experience. Hopefully it will improve when the renovations are completed, but buyer beware if you choose to stay here. It was much cheaper than other options in town, but still a bummer.

We had to ask for anything! Grandchildren were very disappointed since the pool was closed. Disappointed in the breakfast since it only consisted of cereal.
