Simply Awesome

The pool was under renovation (kids were looking forward to swimming), the room phone was unusable, floor ice machine broken. The hotel charged my credit card $75 for incidentals at check in and it won't be refunded for 5 days, the breakfast was $22 per person for what would be free at any other hotel, there was no complimentary coffee, only coffee you had to pay for. Parking was $28 a night and across a sky bridge. Same price as any other hotel with none of the amenities. Furthermore, everything extra was extra $$$

Customer service at snack bar was terrible.

I booked this property because I was going to a concert at the BJCC and it was close to the venue. When I arrived to the hotel around 4 I was told that my room was not ready yet. There were about 50 to 75 other guests waiting to get in a room when I got there. Everyone was waiting in the lobby with all of their belongings. We were finally checked in almost four hours later. I was two hours late to the concert because the hotel didn’t have my room ready. When I complained and asked for compensation for the room not being ready I was told they will let housekeeping know they need to do better. I asked for a late check out I was told they were not doing late check outs. I contacted Expedia they contacted the property and the property said they are not giving any compensation for the inconvenience. I also valet parked and when I left it took an hour for me to get my car. I will never stay here again. They clearly overbooked and just said the hell with it. They had to start giving people rooms at the Westin which is a partner hotel because they did not have any available. This was a complete disaster.

When I got there to check in there were no rooms available for hours. I had somewhere to be by 7 and did not get a room until 6:15 after I went back to the desk inquiring about what steps were going to be taken. It was over 20 people waiting for rooms. They comped my valet parking which was cool but I think I should’ve gotten more than $38. The manger was very nice though and the hotel is very clean. If it were not for that debacle I would’ve given it 5 stars.

Was told parking was a dedicated garage attached to the hotel. Parking deck was literally a mile from my room and shared with event parking. All the restaurants nearby close absurdly early. Springs on the room doors are so tight you can’t enter or exits without holding it open with one hand.

Very challenging leaving parking, key card did not work, several times. Hotel charges us more for daily parking. Road traffic noise very challenging, hard to have good night sleep. Too expensive

1. Overall, the hotel is clean and safe to stay a night. 2. No Free Wi-Fi was a huge disappointment. 3. Free breakfast was only available if staff members provided special codes for patrons. It did not happen to me. 4. Parking was the biggest disappointment. About $30 per car at nearby garage was surprise; however, unable to leave the garage, due to technical difficulties and unfriendly garage staff members at 7AM with two cars for more than 20 minutes, would be one of the most unforgettable memories.

My friends and I stayed one night for a concert at the BJCC. It was extremely easy to walk to the BJCC. Check-in and check-out was easy. Room was nice and clean the only suggestion I have is more signage to direct to the crosswalk, we had some confusion trying to find our way around the property.

Convenient!!! For Brooks and DUNN concert at arena!! Just walk across street!! And Check-in Service (JOY) was excellent!!!! Extremely kind, professional and friendly!!! Definitely made our stay Great!!! (She should have gone to concert!). : ) Thank you JOY

Socks were left from previous guest and curtains torn. No wastebasket in the bathroom.

Overall great stay. The gentleman at check-in was friendly, the valets were great and quick. The food options in the hotel are crazy expensive. The only negative was the rude front desk worker I tried to ask a question to on Wednesday night. But the security guard close by stepped in and answered my questions. Other than that, good stay.

Booked a room with king bed which they didn’t have upon check in. We ended up with room with 2 double beds but we were offered a room rate reduction and food voucher for the inconvenience

Great location - close in proximity to the arena.

Woefully understaffed. Two lines open at check in. Line was out the door. Check out was worse...one line open the entire morning. Pack patience

If your room is on the same side as the highway, then you get very loud car noise all night long.

We arrived around 7pm and our room was not ready until after 10. Then the next day we left our room around 10am and came back at 11pm and our room was not cleaned and we needed clean towels so I called and was informed the cleaning staff already left. Sorry about your luck!

Allowed late check outs for the previous nights guests not allowing sufficient time to have rooms cleaned for the night we stayed. It took over 3 hrs to have our room ready after checking in. Most guests were there for a concert and all basically got ready in the lobby and changed in the restrooms. Better decisions by management and planning would have avoided the whole situation knowing the hotel was fully booked.

Went to get our rom keys at 4:30 because I had checked in online the previous day and was told there were no rooms available yet. We had to get ready in the lobby along with what seemed like 100 other guests, to go to a concert. After the concert, we had to wait in a long again to get the keys to our room, then wait in another long line to get our personal items that were locked up because we didn’t have a room to put our stuff in. Then, we had to wait in another long line to get on the elevator. It took us an hour after the concert to get into our room. We didn’t get to go to bed until after midnight. Then to top it off, the room wasn’t very clean. The fitted sheet on one of the beds was put on the wrong way! I had to remake the bed! This is the 2nd time in a row we’ve had to get ready in a lobby at a Marriott owned hotel.

Bad pillows. Seem fluffy at first but then flatten out.
