My husband stayed overnight as a late V Day present for ourselves. The pool was nice a deep about 6.5 deep but the water was super cold. So many kids screaming and yelling and we got out because it was so loud. Their parents were there and didn’t say anything to them about using their inside voices. So annoying to the point you couldn’t have a conversation. Then around 1:30am there were a bunch of drunk women fighting in the hallway it woke me up from a dead sleep. The police were on the Floor (we stayed on the 2nd floor) and in the parking lot. We couldn’t fall asleep. Plus no insulation between the rooms. We could hear the people next door getting busy. Mind you, you could tell the guy was a 5 second chump but come on every 45 minutes she moaning. Ugh we checked out at 6 am because we didn’t sleep at all. It is an older hotel. And they don’t serve coffee 24/7 as advertised…disappointing.

The hotel is a bit run down and the walls are thin. There was a room full of children one night that didn't quieten down so everyone could sleep until security was called (not by me). Between that and the loud people in the hall waking me at 5:30 AM, I didn't sleep much. I drank water from the tap my entire stay because I didn't want to pay for their bottled water, which is fine, as I am not picky about my water, but I ended up getting charged for them, even though I didn't touch them. I had to call later to get the charges removed. All in all, not my most pleasant hotel experience...

The property had lots of parking in the front and back. The front desk teller did not explain anything to us as far as check out, room number, breakfast, or dinner. I had to go stand in line to another teller to get info about the hotel. So my first impression of double tree was not promising. Our room was so clean and welcoming. Check out was a breeze. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Nice hotel for the price and location.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows had absolutely no support. Personal preference though.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms could use a bit of TLC.

This was a last minute over night stay. Stephanie was great checking me in! The hotel was great. Room was tidy. Bed was comfortable and had clean sheets and covers. Cookies were amazing. would definitely stay again.

Everything was nice

The staff at this property were first class. it is a slightly older property, but it is well maintained.

Very unprofessional and dirty. They have faulty electrical equipment that staff knows about, so they do a quick fix to get microwave on 1st floor working. I was told by staff it’s been like that for a while. The only good thing is location is convenient.

The Hotel was convenient to the tollway and was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the bar and our room and had a nice experience.

Easy access to shopping, restaurants, gas stations and expressway. Would recommend.

The room appeared clean however the bathroom needed attention...trash under the sink and hair in the shower...kinda gross.

There was a festive atmosphere on the property during the evening both nights I stayed. I loved the pumpkin carving competition between departments My 1st room 414 had been neglected for sometime based on the sheer curtains at the window. The hem had came apart and was dangling below the rest of the curtains. There was old mold on the curtains, wall & window. The room had an unpleasant odor that became very apparent when I switched to another room. The window was so wet I thought it had rained inside the window. The floor was wet by the window and there was a beer bottle cap underneath the bed closest to the window. The other bed had candy that was not cleaned up before the room was given to me. Also the pull pin for the shower came off in my while I was trying to take a shower. The management was alerted to situation and offered to move me to another room. The least they could have offered a discount on breakfast.

Terrible customer service

The hotel’s hall carpet needs a good cleaning. Late night noise (loud talking) by other guest woke me up both nights. Front desk staff was friendly. Check in went smoothly.

The lobby area was very nice with alot of areas for sitting and relaxing and it looks how i expected compared to other Doubletree's I've stayed at. The frontdesk staff were nice when i checked in . The room wasn't what I would expect from a Hilton, it didn't have a Microwave, the kleenex container was empty, the thermostat wasn't working properly and on my last day the toilet wasn't working, the bodywash ran out and they passed up my room for cleaning the only day that I saw the cleaning crew .

I've stayed here plenty of times but this will be my last time the room was not clean had bugs the bathroom was not clean had kids running in the hallway overall it was a bad visit.

Very average hotel need to update beds ours felt like it was sinking in the middle updated to me for it to be a Hilton Hotel!!! Just some updates needed!! Too pricey for the room and bed was not comfortable!
