Booked room and got there just to find out they were charging and extra fee

First problem: It's a "dog friendly" quality inn and we got complaints from people for hearing our dog bark a few times... Sorry, not sorry. If it's got a dog friendly section then... Maybe don't put people without dogs near someone who does. The motel was basically empty during our 4 night stay so why put anyone near us?
2nd: both beds had sheets with burn holes and had to remove as soon as we checked in.
3rd: no alarm clock/clock.
4th floor lamp broken, and lamp power plug inside were all busted.
On the good side, front desk clerks were all very nice! Maintenance man and cleaning crew were extremely nice and helpful with all issues.
All in all, the stay wasn't the worst we've had, especially for how cheap ($68 a night) but probably wouldn't go back.

Although the location is great the stay left a lot to be desired. Stayed Friday through Sunday night with my adult son. Only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth. No one at the counter at 1130 pm to get new ones. No cleaning the whole stay, not even to replenish towels, sweep or change bedding. Breakfast was waffles, apples, milk and cold cereal- in small container Rice Krispies or fruit loops. No meat, no eggs, no toast or bagels. Will certainly stay somewhere else next time.

I was very offended when we extended our stay and the manager had the front desk clerk to come and do a room check for possible damage, there was none. Getting towels and linens as well as maid service was an issue during the entire stay. The manager needs customer service sensitivity training

Nothing special about this hotel. Chose because it was close to the base and the price. Room was clean, parking easy, mall very close. The breakfast was very minimal. Staff was pleasant.

The room was dirty. Floors had not been mopped. Dead bugs in bathroom floor. Used coffee had not been cleaned from pot. Furniture dusty. No hairdryer in room as advertised.

Found a used rubber glove in the bed. Felt like someone slept in the bed. No shampoo, conditioner, etc. No bath towels.

Halls smelled like weed, people outside smoking, looked very intoxicated, halls looked dirty, floors dirty, wrong room given 1st time, 2nd time smoke detectors..1 was missing off the wall, the either had dead battery beeping, floors dirty, mold in shower, bed spread stained, no matress covers, old spring beds, 3rd time was better, couldnt figure out the tv at all. You definately hear the highway noise. Motorcycles zooming late at night.

My husband was going to make coffee in the coffee pot that was in the room open the top it was dirty looked like it hadn’t been clean in a while. The area looked a little sketchy. Also the breakfast is a waffle maker that’s it but the bed was comfy the ac worked and it was just one night. I would not have stayed there without my husband. It is in the mall parking lot area so I guess that is convenient .

The hotel was decent for the price. Breakfast was limited. Staff was friendly and helpful to us. The room itself could use better cleaning and pest control. We killed a few roaches and spiders.

They changed my rooms 3 times trying to get a room where the tv works, and none of them had a tv that worked. There were stains all on my bed.

After the last time idk why we returned. The toilet was nasty it’s like pooped on the seat and it wasn’t cleaned. Then the counter where the soap was is disgusting! And the final straw was I left an item in the room and was told they could not go and retrieve the item because the room was already checked!

Property is convenient to the Cross Creek Mall. The room needed some plumbing attention (facet in the bathtub). Breakfast options in the morning are not the best. Staff is friendly.

Iwhen I was checking out the front desk gave me problems about the ,$100 deposit because the front desk attendant wasn't professional so I got the run around for nothing. I had to sit for an hour waiting on the manager which never came to handle the issue

My stay was only for a few hours and it was a total nightmare. The overall experience was a mess but the most outrageous thing was that the curtains were full of mold and mildew, yuck!

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

A few glitchs, but not serious. They just opened and had some trouble with the rear entrance lock.

I was very disappointed in the experience we had while at this property. The room we stayed in smelled like smoke, had dead bugs in the bed, the desk chair was covered in stains from an unknown substance, and the bathtub was visibly dirty. Not only that, but the front desk staff were hard to find and not willing to help when asked questions. Definitely would not go back or recommend to anyone else.

Well just want to say that everyone and I mean everyone who works at this faculty thank you so much and I mean that, you all are hard workers and very kind and hard working people and if there ever was a problem you all work together as ur sipped to do again I just want to say thank you for your generosity while I stayed with you guys these past 5 months you u all have been very generous and kind again thank you.
