Front desk was excellent. Great location in great area with food and shopping near. They weee amazing when I had to ask for a late check out due to an accident in a rental. I was stuck in snow and dealing with a soccer trip. They were very gracious. Wonderful and price was better than I expected

We loved everything about this place, comfortable bed, free parking, friendly staff, and convenient location. Our only complaint was the TV is to the left of the bed making it uncomfortable on your neck to watch a movie. Fortunately we didn’t watch much TV but I have never seen a TV in this position. We had a standard King room and they said all TVs are to the left in these rooms. Otherwise get a double Queen or King suite where the TV is at the foot of the bed. Weird!

The only issue I had was one of the female staff members at the desk was being snippy when I asked for the location of the elevators which was located in the far back side of the building. She was not very clear nor was she professional. I don’t know if she thought I was hitting on her or what but we had a lot of luggage for a business trip. I asked the cleaning ladies and finally got directions and found it.

That is the first time I’ve slept that well away from home. Bed was comfortable, and inside and out were so quiet. Wonderful place to stay, and such a safe environment.

Visited for a concert at Fiddler’s Green. It’s within walking distance (a plus!), also clean, pretty quiet, and the staff was helpful.

Nice clean room, pleasant staff. Very confusing signage in the hallways as far as placement of signs and where the arrows are pointing.
Push the bottom floor of the elevator as I assumed this was where the lobby was. I could not locate the lobby on this floor and actually had to go outside and walk around the building to find the lobby. I believe they have one floor rooms underneath the lobby but still I’m confused.
This was not a business trip and it was actually on Labor Day weekend. They still charge customers $15 a night for parking. That seems ridiculous to me and only another way to nickel and dime customers.

The room wasn’t ready for check in upon arrival and the HVAC unit in the room sounded like it was going to come apart in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly though and the room was clean

The hotel is very spread out, and only has one elevator at the very furthest point from the front desk. In most cases, you have to use that stairs dragging your luggage. Signs on the walls telling you where the rooms are aren’t very clear and we wandered for 15 minutes before we were able to drag our luggage and find our room.

The hallways were super-confusing. I got lost a few times. Signs need to be put up directing people where the lobby is from each hallway intersection. I found it very frustrating!
