Reasonable rates. Also offers smoking rooms, microwaves, and refrigerator. However the rooms are older and could use updating.

Check-in by Wendy was excellant as usual. When our door lock wouldn't open, she came tothe door and reset the lock. The room had been updated with new finishes and was nicer then many Holiday Inns that I have stayed at.

The previous reviews had to be bogus, this is a dump. Black mold on wall bases, it was painted over but could still be seen, the plantation type shutters didn't close totally, drapes were just decorative side panels didnt pull across, you could see into and out of the window. The noise outside the doors all might sounded like a mixture of deals, arguements and banging of doors. When i looked outside i felt frightened and worried about what i had gotten myself into. When I told the receptionist about my nightmare night, she responded the noise was high school students celebrating graduation. (In November???,)..this hotel seems dangerous, hostile looking hangers on giving me dirty looks..bad, bad experience..the previous reviews have to be selfcreated...do not stay in this hostile dirty place and no bkfast!!!

Great hotel for a good price on a road trip. Air conditioner was on full blast even after turning it to 72, making the room quite cold, otherwise very clean and comfortable.

The front desk person was so helpful and nice. The only thing lacking was the breakfast options. Could use some additional cereal choices, bagels and tea.

Everything was good. Had a problem with TV when we first checked in so we called desk and a few minutes later a young man showed up with two or three remotes and got it working in three or four minutes. Interacted two different people at front desk both were very helpful.

The breakfast was horrible, very limited choices. All the staff were friendly and polite.

The hotel was okay for a last minute stay. Dated, and mildewy. But the room was clean and inexpensive. Breakfast consist of only eagles that they do not let you leave the breakfast area with. So if traveling with a small child or elderly, you are not allowed to take a waffle back to the room for them. I found this very odd!

I was very disappointed in the breakfast.lt is one of the worst continental breakfasts I have seen.

Breakfast selections were make your own waffle and cold cereal, toast and juice & coffee. I don’t mess with making my own waffles from scratch at home. Everything was clean. Short staffing meant they didn’t change out your towels daily. We had to do that. Overall it wasn’t bad.

Good value at a fair price

I stayed here for 2 days and I must say it was a pleasant stay. My room was clean, hotel was quiet, and staff was friendly. Hotel was modern enough for the price and beds felta just right for a night's stay.

The ratings were high, but the room was dirty. I had to wear flip flops inside. The washing machine they provided was filthy. When concerns were expressed they were not addressed. The gentlemen who worked the front desk was rude and unhelpful, but the ladies were nice. Breakfast was terrible. Basically toast and coffee.

This is how you do an older property. Excellent job making it new again. Very clean, updated, soft towels, clean and warm pool. Bright lights inside the rooms. Great place,vwill stay again. Check in lady very nice!!

Really when I look at a stay I look for price, safe location, hot water, comfortable beds and good AC/Heat. This location was a great price, location looked safe, really hot water, beds were comfortable and we had good AC. For me this property did meet what I look for in a place to stay. I will say the property does remind me of a newlyweds first home, but this is a motel. When I say a newlyweds first home I mean its put together with what they have available to make it a home or in this case a motel. The room does have a fridge and microwave which is a plus always. Room was all hardwood and tile. Granted the hardwood did have some areas needed some work as well as the grout in the tile. Chairs in the room were functional but not pretty. Beds were very comfortable for me, only had 2 pillows so I could have used a couple of more since 4 seems to be the standard. Plenty of TV channels. The room didn't have shades on the windows but instead shutters. When closed and the AC running it did have a little bit of a rattle noise. Didn't really bother me but could bother those that need it really quiet. Also, the door to our room did have a small gap that did allow light to come through. Again didn't really bother me but could bother others. Breakfast was extremely limited We did have some guests get into an argument so some yelling went on for a few minutes that woke us up but it didnt last long. Overall, I would stay at this property again. It works for what I need.
