Needs update of flooring. Carpeting is stained in hall and rooms. Quiet, staff very pleasant.

The night front desk clerk didn’t return my DL and when asked about it during checkout the new clerk P(initial of name) was very rude she insisted that it wasn’t there and the clerk hadn't kept it…I asked her to call reluctantly; after convincing her I was not leaving since I am out of state working and I was for sure it had not been returned she called the night clerk What do you know.. yes it was there! It still took awhile to find it and I was told the clerk had called me to come back but she hadn’t …it was such a hassle and very uncalled for seeing it was my drivers license that had been lost She acted as if it was such a bother the lady next to her (another clerk) was the total opposite and wanted to help you can tell P made even her feel uncomfortable. The manager with the curly fro was just as disrespectful asking me why was I checking out late? And who gave me permission instead of helping to look for my DL I was given the 3rd degree. The room was decent and I was able to sleep… the late check out was a plus but I could’ve had a better experience if my DL was returned when I checked in or given the courtesy of a call to come and pick it up but I was treated like I was wrong and didn’t know that my DL had not been returned. Also P threw my license on the counter and 20 mins after checkout I was called and given a apology “to not mess up my day” I think she treats certain people like crap all the time and its just who she is the apology was to not receive this review.

The carpets were frayed, the lamp cover had holes in it. The coffee kurig looked dirty inside where you put the water. I had a whole piece of luggage lost and they were very unhelpful....do they have security cameras, because they were extremely nonchalant about it, just saying that it happens. The luggage had all my jewelry, hair care, make up and organic supplements. I was completely disgusted at their response. Lost roughly $1000.00 in products and jewelry. I was there for my sons wedding. Since im from out of town i had no way of knowing what the place looked like. Sorely disappointed.

Once I got a room with the Air conditioning working it got better. I ended up in a room with 2 queen beds and I reserved a king bed. The location is good and surrounding area is decent also. The pool was cold so we didn't use it as I planed. The place needs some TLC and repairs.

VERY run down; right next to an abandon, graffitied, boarded up steak house; smelled almost musty in some areas, in others the cleaning solution was so strong it took your break away and most every other area smelled strongly of maijuana (this is a no smoking facility). Bathroom- sink handle barely attached, shower curtain broke so they shoved a piece of cardboard in it to keep it up, floor door and paint were all peeling. The door that you can open to share rooms had a gap and barely felt like it closed, we put the chair in front of it. Bed was OVERLY soft, and for some reason both beds the head was lower than the feet. Breakfast was cereal (although by 7a milk was out), muffins, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit of apples and oranges, and waffles. Check in was easy, & we never saw a housekeeper or any other staff outside the front desk, they weren’t very engaging but friendly otherwise.

Checkin was easy and well handled. Even with a rude customer the staff handled everything professionally. The room was a King room bed was to soft for my back but the sheets are clean and so was the bathroom. Weird sounds all night like pipes creaking. Good value for the money. Pool was closed but didnt plan on swimming
