Women at front desk was not friendly and the hotel smells like cigarette smoke

Bedding was clean but the furniture is in need of replacement.

didnt end up staying there. Hole in floor in front of bed, and a broken chair. Also linens were filthy, asked for refund and received it> Hotel was advertised as a wyndamn Super 8?

There was no breakfast for two the next morning, not even coffee. Arrived to our room with the door open, walked in to see filthy stained carpet with dry dog food on it, holes in the curtains and lamp shade, holes in bathroom door on both sides (as if someone had punch it) and bathroom had a vomitus smell with something on the floor on backside of toilet. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the lobby was not appealing and cigarette smoke could be smelt. I would advise no one to ever stay there. My rating a 0/10. Was not as I had expected and then to not even have the breakfast offered as was stated on my reservation was just the icing on the cake.

When we got there we got charged an extra $10 for each pet for no other reason than "some Super 8s charge more". We did not receive the roll out bed because he insisted it wouldn't fit in the room. There was no free breakfast in the morning or any kind of breakfast at all. When it came to me checking out he didn't come when I rang the bell so I had to call him and he came right out of the office🙄

Looking for cheap price so wasn't expecting perfection, but place was nicer than most I've stayed in with similar ratings. Was expecting some sort of breakfast between 6 and 9, based on website. Not sure if it was a staff shortage, COVID, or lack of site update, but only had coin-only vending machines. Not a deal breaker, but for cost paid other places do more in that regard. Might have settled for the extra $10 for the other place closer to my destination with more anemities had I known.

Property was close to the activity I was attending. It seemed the staff was more interested in something other than checking me in.

Place is old smells musty extremely outdated and neglected. Says non smoking but you can tell people have been smoking in there for years. Do not recommend avoid at all cost.

this property was old, nothing updated, no chain on door but you could see where hardware used to be. hole in bathroom wall above shower head, mold on bathroom ceiling, asked for refund but would not agree to give money back although stated 4 star when I booked.

When we arrived, we were told it would be $15 more for 2. No help from them to rectify the problem or refund so we could go somewhere else lee. “Breakfast” was cold in a paper bag. Coffeemaker but no coffee. Had to call twice as no one at desk at 8:30 to get our paper bags. Price not worth it!

Room in poor condition. One rating star or less most likely a better description. Carpet grossly stained and actually was brown in spots. Pretty much like looking at a yard with dead grass. Heater struggled to work (cold room). They requested a $100 incidental deposit which wasn’t disclosed at booking. Bed so soft you could feel the under supports. Not comfortable. Lastly tv worked ok.

There was no elevator and I was on the third floor. The ice machine was broken and my toilet didn’t flush.

There were some things in the room that need to be fixed and was not that clean

To start off, the front desk clerk was no where to be found. After ringing the bell multiple time, after waiting more than 5 minutes, she rudely came to the desk and asked what we needed. We told her we would like to check in and she took our DLs. Now I prepaid for the room and called ahead of time to see if there would be any additional fees at check-in and was told only if we had pets along. However when checking in, the rude clerk demanded that we pay a $100 deposit per room. After questioning the deposit she agreed to lower it to $150 all together but that was all she could do. Since I had already pre Paid, we decided to stay. Biggest mistake. We had 2 rooms, a smoking and non smoking. The smoking room had stains on the carpet, fridge did not work, you could feel the floor buckle under the carpet by the AC unit. The non smoking room had a weird smell, broken mirror in the bathroom, stains all over the carpet and the bed was soo close to the floor it reminded me of a toddler bed. There was so much noise in the halls in the middle of the night. Staff was vacuuming, there were loud "booming" sounds. I would not recommend this place at all

There was mold around the air conditioner unit and the place could use some updating and better upkeep. That wasn't too big of a concern. The issue we had the most was the response from the desk attendant after asking for a receipt at check out. We were shocked to be asked if we had a problen with people that looked like him simply for asking for a receipt. He went off on us insinuating that we were asking for a receipt based on his skin color. I told him that was absurd and that I ALWAYS ask for a receipt. He continued to go off on us. I left with telling him to have a blessed day. I really feel sorry for him to have made such an assumption.

It was falling apart in the bathroom. And the sheets were stiff and the blankets were thin.

Room was okay but needs some updates and better mattresses.

Rooms are clean however, expect delays and a lack of amenities.
