Breakfast could’ve been a little bit better.

It was quiet, felt safe, lots of breakfast goodies. Coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, and juice available 24-7. Good room temperature control. Reasonable price. Bed was just okay. The rooms are a little outdated but fine otherwise.

Front desk staff are great!
Parking is fine and they have cameras on the parking lot.
Walls and floors/ceilings are thin. I could hear somebody whistling down the hallway in the early am… why he chose to share that talent at that time with the 1st floor is beyond me.
I think I herd of water Buffalo were staying above me and stampeding half the night.
Beds are ok for comfort, pillows are like blocks.
My thoughts are get new pillows, allow the fan on the heat/AC to run continuously to block out the noise and replace the dirty worn and stained carpeting in the room with something more durable or at least find a maid who actually cleans behind things and in corners.

We liked the pool and spa. That was great after several hours driving.
Didn't like that our toilet ran constantly and kept flushing.

Great stay at Heritage Inn. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk was very nice and professional. Room was clean and spacious. I plan to stay here anytime I am in Ridgecrest.

We enjoyed the fitness room, pool, and hot tub. When we checked in, it was nice that they provided water and free snacks as well as a simple breakfast. It was convenient for us because we were breaking our journey between Lee Vining and San Diego up.

Very dated rooms. Old phone with incorrect information on it. Cheap Smoke detector that goes off with the littlest of steam from the bathroom and the front desk didn’t care. Obvious water leaks in the room with bubbling paint on the ceiling.

After few days traveling from Reno to a night in San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, Sequoia Park, Yosemite and drive through the Mojave Dessert through the Sierra Nevada to head to the Death Vally National Park we found this little Gem the Heritage Inn in Ridgecrest CA…..
The front desk young man was so nice and attentive, place was clean, and price was right!
I would stay here again…I would definitely recommend.

Layout was good. Pool was nice. Carpets need replacing alone with the bath tubs. Need a nice dinning area. Breakfast needs improvement. Overall it was good and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room that we stayed in was large and well kept. The price per night was reasonable.

The pool and hot tub were nice, but the room was outdated, sink leaked constantly, carpet was stained and old. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was good for us. We have family in town. The room was clean and spacious. The bed linens and towels were lower grade. But I expected that. There were waters and granola bars at check out to grab. The breakfast was advertised as grab and go. We would have preferred egg, bacon, potatoes like some of the other nearby hotels. They provided probably the best coffee I have had in a hotel from the buffet.

This place is really a hidden gem for the person who wants to get the most bang for their buck. Nothing flashy but a super solid older property that I would definitely stay at again if I was in the area. Super clean with large comfortable rooms. I travel a lot with my son/family for baseball and we ended up here last weekend. It’s very nice to have more space in the room that the newer hotels don’t have with all the amenities of the newer hotels and a staff that is top notch. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was impressed and my son agreed so I felt I should. You won’t be disappointed with this place.

Very nice quiet clean hotel. Went here after we drove by hotel we had a reservation for and instantly changed mind and sought another hotel. Found this one nearly booked but friendly desk clerk got us a room for me my dogs and another friend. Very roomy. Lots of parking. The steakhouse next door was great for dining. Definitely would stay again

Staff was very nice. Pool seemed gross, like stuff inside, and floor of pool kept coming off in soft pieces. There was a big dead roach at the edge of the pool. Room felt ok clean..
