Floor was sticky in bathroom. Bad bad. Felt dirty in the room

This hotel was great! Everything was super clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was impressive and better than most in this category. Last but not least, the bed was juuuuussst right. Not too hard, not too soft. We both slept incredibly well, which is hard for me usually in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was perfectly acceptable for an overnight stay on the Interstate. Our rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The free hot breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff was also friendly and kind. My only issue with this hotel had nothing to do with the hotel. It was the location. It didn't seem to be in the nicest area of Macon. The area wasn't "bad," but I was hoping for a slightly better surrounding community.

Perfect stop for travels! Easy off & on with convenient dining options. Rooms spacious & clean, quiet, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Friendly staff. Standard breakfast buffet but good. Would highly recommend!

The breakfast was fair. Quality of hot items was poor. Good thing there was cereal available. Coffee was back out of the way and we had to look for it.

This renovated Hampton Inn seemed new and fresh. It made other Hampton Inn that have not yet been renovated seem dated.

The facility is quite nice, very clean. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. That being said, the housekeeping staff was absolutely horrible!! They lacked just the basic knowledge of what being professional means in the work place. Check-out was at NOON. They were on the hallway knocking on doors at 10am AND talking VERY LOUD!!! Showed zero respect for the patrons that were still there and sleeping. I travel often and I have NEVER seen housekeeping staff behave so poorly. I hope this reaches management. There definitely needs to be some training on proper work etiquette when working in hospitality.

Handicapped accessible room for 6 was spacious and beautiful. It fit our family perfectly. Breakfast was also very good!

The bathroom has a sliding door that alternates between a bathroom or a closet door. However we found out the hard way that if you close the door all the way you can’t get out! Luckily we had each other but I can’t imagine what would happen if you would be by yourself. There was no way to open it but lift it on the track and move it over. The are around the hotel was not the greatest, we’ve stayed in better areas in Macon.

The hotel seemed to need better maintenance. Also very noisy guests at 6:30am with kids running up and down the hall. The dog was constantly barking with the kids.

Well kept property. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property and Room was nice and clean. Parking lot was well lit. The only thing I would point out is that the shower is need of renovation. But I would stay again.

We were not told at check in that the pool wasn't in use. Didn't find out until the kids were ready to get in. With that being said I was a little worried about them being outside in the area that this hotel is in. LOTS of homeless people wandering the streets around the hotel. The hotel was very clean inside, staff was great, and the breakfast looked great but we were ready to get outta dodge by morning. Wouldn't stay again because of the area.

The property is older and showing it. Cannot believe this is a 4 star property in Macon. Parking is limited and tight. Breakfast was OK, nothing to brag about.

We liked the studio room size. We were traveling with 5 people (2 children) and we had a sectional that pulled out making an extra bed. Neat, clean as can be, and a nice breakfast bar.
