Nice Stay. So much in the area. Shop and restaurants. Nice room and quiet...almost. Not their doing. Will be staying here again

For the price, i thought it would be a little cleaner and more well kept. This hotel is pretty worn down.

A big part of our little vacation was based on having a pool for the kids to play in during our two night stay.
So we were not happy to find that the pool not only had some kind of moss growing on the side opposite the windows, but worse, there was also black mold covering that whole side of the pool. That implies major neglect on maintenance's part.
I know from personal experience that stuff is harmful. I had a chronic cough for six months from unknowingly breathing in black mold in my youth.
We immediately packed up and checked out. I gave it a good service review, because the guy refunded our full cost without question.

The pool was nice it was warm and a great place to do some low impact running. I love to sit in the hot tub after a long day of driving and let me tell you the hot tub felt great. The breakfast was satisfying and there was plenty of room to sit and eat. I also liked the location because it was close to everything and has easy access to I-15.

Besides a few cosmetic issues, could not ask for better for the price. The hotel pool was heated warmer then many other hotel pools we have been to, which was a perk.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. TV did not work and the closet door was broken. Would not stay here again. Breakfast was good though

The staff that checked us in was patient and kind. He smiled and was truly engaged in what he was doing. Not distracted or trying to do more that one thing. You could tell he enjoyed his job.

We had a terrible experience at another hotel, and found this gem! Good beds, clean rooms, good breakfast, quiet. And the price was right!

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and kind. The room/bathroom was clean. There was a horrific snow storm that hit during my stay. Thankfully the heat was hot and so was the water. The room was dated but very clean. The pool area was very clean. It was perfect for a work trip.

The proximity to attractions is great but the amenities are not being maintained. The pool has mold/algae growing on the side, the paint on the pool room ceiling is peeling and metal fixtures are rusty. The exercise machines don’t work and staff pretended not to know this.

The linens had stains on them and were dirty. The pool had too much chlorine & the smell of it was too strong. Went the maids cleaned the rooms they did not change bedding sheets.

They did not have my information from Hotels.com even though I booked the room 2 months in advance. I had to try to find a number to contact Hotels.com customer service (this should be a lot easier than it is). Then had to wait on hold till someone picked up. Then had to wait for the clerk at the hotel to figure out how to get things set on his end.

From beginning to end my two night stay was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great! Easy to find and check in. The staff was also amazing. The only complaint i have for this location is the rooms are a bit outdated. Very affordable! Could use a modern remodel but other than that I highly recommend staying here.

Nice inexpensive hotel convenient to local highways. Breakfast is available 6:30-9:30am & was good. It included hot packaged egg sandwiches & waffle maker besides the usual juice, breads, cereal, yogurt & coffee (which is available 24 hours). Rooms are only serviced if you request.

The vanity in the bathroom was hardly hangin on the wall. The dried liquid running down the walls was a bit sketch. The kicker was the oil face print on my head board… back to Fairfield Marriott never again

This property is pretty tired, but the staff was nice, it was clean and for an overnight it works just fine.

Nice clean room. All of us commented "Now that's a shower". It was fantastic. Good breakfast and selection. The best stay of our trip.

The ac only worked for a few minute’s I called down to the front desk and they sent a guy up who fixed it but it quit again after we fell asleep and never came back on and it got hot and the beds are hard

An. Older property which is over achieving. Excellent check in experience as the desk clerk seemed to antipate the needs of this disabled guest. Room clean,well appointed, and quiet.

They couldn't find my reservation at the hotel. I had to argue with him and contact hotels.com for an hour late at night to get in and sleep. Hotels.com rep was helpful though.

We got a really cheap price for this Inn, so I guess we got what we paid for. The toilet clogged, the A/C was really loud and hard to use, the floor was a bit sticky in places, and the cable had very few channels to choose from. The WiFi was fine. We could also hear what was going on in the adjacent rooms to ours.

Functional items for sink and bath were missing. Sewage water was leaking upon every flush of the toilet from the base of the toilet.

The Staff was helpful, rooms were clean, although the two drains in the bathroom didn't work, as well as the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Other then those issues, I will be staying there again, as it is very convenient to everything as well as close to the people I visit.
