TRY THEM AGAIN! If you've had a negative experience here before I highly suggest you try them out again! My family and I stayed one nights a few years back and was not happy with ANYTHING. We said we'd never stay here again. A few months back we decided to try them again and we couldnt have been more impressed with all the changes. The new owner, Fehim has done a lot of renovations. The rooms are very welcoming, up to date and clean. Fehim really cares about the property and his customers and it really shows. We like to have a night away once a month and have stayed here 4 times. Each time Fehim had gone out of his way to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend you give them a try or another try! I'm very glad we did!

Stains on pillow- appeared to be bugs in the bed- burn holes in the comforter. Lots of traffic in and out. Loud music. Working on remodel after 10p at night

The stay is great had a emergency and had to pick up two dogs and Fehim at the front desk made it easy for me to keep them and was very helpful and polite with me thanks again Fehim

The Appletree Inn is the only place I will stay in Saginaw, Michigan. The customer service from every single person who works there is like VIP treatment every step of the way. This newly remodeled hotel is within walk-in distance from the most popular restaurants and shopping stores. Check-in was fast and simple, the room was very clean and comfortable and there wasn't any more I could ask for. You can park right outside your room and use keyless entry. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I love when businesses are competitive and work hard to earn business. This place is 5 out of 5. website says theres breakfast.. there isnt any... websites say theres coffee.. there is none.. who ever did write ups for websites .. majorly lied to promote it.. room wasnt to bad tho..

This hotel was so dirty- rooms were stinky bed sheets dirty area felt very unsafe- first room we were given had garbage all in it moved to another room it was gross. Had to bring all our belongings every time we left the room. No wifi as advertised

Every inch of the room was not just dirty or dusty, but filthy. I killed 3 fairly large spiders in the first 20 minutes. Had to thoroughly clean the tub before using and even after cleaning it and filling it, I could not use after knowing what I had just cleaned off of it. So gross!!!!! While searching for a washcloth to wipe said tub with, I discovered a dirty, stringy, leopard print teddy hanging behind the bathroom door. It was clearly an establishment that catered to the prostitution industry, just judging from what I cleaned up and where. Needless to say, we left after less than 2 hours. And they didn't even refund me (not even partially). Horrible experience, will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone!!!! Just wish I would have taken photos.

The lady who was working when we checked in was not friendly at all. She barely spoke at all. The rooms are ok but not nice. The tv was terrible and they will keep your deposit for no reason they must need the money. I think there was barely anyone there when we stayed we only saw one other car.

The motels located in a drug area. I had a guy that was high come up to my car and ask me for some money.

The safety latch didn’t work. Im currently trying to get a refund for the two nights I booked.

My deposit was keep every thought my room was left cleaner than when I first got there.

Well, I was in an accident and was unable to call and cancel because of the injuries I received, and I would like a rebate!

The first room they gave us was not cleaned at all. The 2nd room we got they had to hurry up and clean and then our key didn't work at all. We only got 1 towel and washcloth for a room for 2 people. King size bed in the hotel pictures there's 4 pillows we got 2. All the travel sites say breakfast included and they don't do anything for breakfast. Will not be returning to this place. Oh and they also charge a $50 cash deposit they don't mention anywhere until you arrive to check in.

lost power in 7 units and didnt let me know till i pulled in to stay.... had to find different motel that night to stay at and was 11:00 oclock at night... had to drive 30 minutes to book a motel because all motels in that area will booked full

Suppose to smoke free. However the room smelled like it was smoked in for 20 years. Furniture was broken. Stains on the ceiling. Was a dump.

Doing a job in the area, needed a place to stay for a couple nights. Sitting outside, 630 am see an unmarked large van pull past me, turn the corner and a bunch of men in riot gear jump out. Coworker on that side of the buolding called me within a minute and siad the cops just busted the door down in the room next to him... Yeah, kinda dirty and grimy. In disrepair. And tv wouldnt work and it was in some kind of security box on the wall where nothing could be checked like plug or wires or access the buttons on the tv if the remote was bad. No bueno!

This motel was old the entrance door looked unsafe you could see outside i shouldnt have had to pay i didnt stay went somewhere else didnt feel safe it was nonrefundable old curtains with holes cleaning chemicals were too strong
