We had a dance competition Saturday all day so we went up Friday night and left Sunday morning so we were in town and had more time to make sure we had plenty of time to get ready for competition and had plenty of time to rest before and after the competition. Really nice hotel with complimentary breakfast and nice spacious rooms with complete kitchen. We need did wish there was more parking and the hot tub jets didn't work that well but other than those little things. It was an amazing hotel only 7 mins from our competition and we had a great time!! The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. One staff member even helped me carry stuff to my car. We loved the hotel and highly recommend and we will stay again if we are in the area!!

This was very inconvenient for me and my family. The first room had sewage backup in the sink and that floor was wet from the pipes bursting, so they moved us to another room that smelled like urine and there was mold in the bathroom. So we had to be moved two times before we could get a halfway decent room.

Every single person on the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like they really wanted my business. I will stay there again. Absolutely no issues. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. We got a 2 room suite that had a kitchenette. Enjoyed our stay but they do need to fix the jets for the hot tub.

The front staff didn't greet us just asked my name and then grabbed her phone and walked off. When she came back she said it would be e 5 minutes. When checking in she just made our keys but never told us anything about checkout or the facility.
Our room was large which we appreciated but the bathroom was disgusting. You couldn't flush the toilet. The shower leaked all over and it would flood as you took a shower. The chairs were ripped and other items in the room were very worn. They didn't have products in one of the bathrooms.
The location was fine. All in all though I would not stay here again.

The pool was way too cold for kids to swim in. The hot tub was out of order. The blinds in the room had tape over the tears

Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff lovely pool though a little bit on the cool side. Didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it though! Probably the best hotel breakfast we have had with a wonderful staff and variety of foods.

While this is an older property with some minor maintenance issues, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was the highlight of our stay. They were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in town.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in, galway smelt like urine, room smelt like curry. Room was really dirty and brown mark all over mirror. I had asked for the pull out bed to be made up, it wasn’t and no sheets were in the room. When I asked at reception to get sheet and have it made it they where not happy. When I returned to my room an hour later the sheets were paced on the bed but not made up. Electrics in room were not working and fire alarms missing off roof in bedroom.

The room itself was nice and clean, but the common areas left much to be desired. Our hallway reeked of urine (maybe dog pee?) and pot smoke.

I’ve stayed here one other time and loved it! This time was not so great! I stayed for 2 days and the first night there was no power for 3 hours( due to a storm) however that was not the hotels fault. But there were no accommodations for the inconvenience and we were not informed of any thing. I prepaid through hotels.Com but upon check out they tried to charge my card 223.00 for incedentals!!! It was just myself staying so the room was not destroyed in anyway!! Plus no house keeping due to short staff. Very disappointing!

The drapes were all cut to pieces, there were crumbs on the table. And drunk people in the parking lot after midnight yelling like they were still in a club. Then they proceeded to continue the yelling inside. Also very dark lot with minimal available spaces. I didn’t even stay 1 night.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was excellent, and the thermostat was easy to adjust. We've stayed here before, and have enjoyed every one of our stays.

Facility is showing its age. Sidewalks were real slippery after dark and early morning. Room smelled like a coverup of smoking. Repair to a crack in the bathroom sink with caulking isn’t the right fix. Breakfast options were good.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable! The breakfast was better than many recent hotel stays—I loved the Chobani yogurt and the fruit/nut mix-in buffet— but the only low-sodium/low sugar cereal option was the last indiv. serving container of Cheerios. (The oatmeal offerings were all way too sugar and sodium laden)

My son is on a travel basketball team so we are constantly traveling. Last week we stayed at the residence inn in Elkhorn, NE. It was amazing. Clean, beautiful, comfy beds, great breakfast. So that is why i chose this hotel. This hotel missed the mark. It was completely run down, lots of dirty things in the rooms (we had 2 bdroom suite) hairs all over the bathroom, toilets dirty, bad breakfast, pool closed. Will definitely choose a different hotel next time we are in Cedar Rapids, IA.

We enjoyed the layout of our 2 bedroom suite, but the room and hotel in general was run down. Breakfast was a mess, waffle mix was left in cups with batter everywhere, and dispite there being a breakfast attendant, items ran low, there was no forks, and food wasnt very appetizing.
