No food nearby. Food set up at hotel was the worst I have seen in a long time.

Our stay was great, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. The over all hotel was great, close to shopping and food places. Great location easy access to the highway.

False advertising about breakfast did not get Starbucks coffee. You get drip coffee with no cream opinions half and half or milk. Waisted my money and intelligence

We stayed in a king suite, but the rooms are incredibly dated. Felted like we walked back in time. If that was the only negative, I think we would have been fine. The front desk staff and onsite bistro bar is really nice, but what made the trip poor was the housekeeping. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and only had our room serviced twice. They forgot to come back after the first servicing and we kept having to visit front desk every night for towels and washcloths, soap refills, coffee, and etc. It took multiple nights of doing this and asking staff why our room kept getting skipped before they finally escalated to management and serviced the room again on our last day before we left. However, even then, still no vacuum or cleaning done. Just towels replaced and bed made. I felt this property was really lacking in room quality and cleanliness from housekeeping. Would not recommend.

Room was fine. Problem with someone checking out as us and causing us to waste time at front desk. Expensive breakfast at their "bistro." Wouldn't stay here again if there was a comparable alternative even though it had a pool and nice gym.

Easy, quick checkin & receptionist very nice.

Customer service was excellent. Hot tub was cold and they immediately sent maintenance to repair. King room with balcony was spacious and clean. Was great for a cuples weekend trip. Would recommend.

Ronda at the front desk was very personable and got us checked in right away. The room was nice and clean. Check out was a breeze.

Stayed many times

We were only here one night, but everything was great! We were in town visiting family.

The hotel looked and smelled clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful with lots of dinning choices close by.

It was a good stay.

Two night stay for a funeral. Hotel is comfortable and clean. It has a bar /bistro in the lobby which is a nice touch. Our King room was not ready so we opted for a 2 Queen room which was fine. Not a fancy hotel but very serviceable

Great Room with an almost completely private balcony! Hotel is huge very easy to get to get yourself lost inside!

Could smell the fresh cleaners when walking into room, A . The only think I could knock is I wish the AC cooled the room off a tad more. Don’t get me wrong it kept the room at a fine temp, but I get super hot at night and could’ve used it just a bit colder. Other than that everything was great. Definitely will re-book upon coming back in a few months.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff as to recommendations for local cuisine

Property was beautiful. Area around the property was wonderful with lots of geese a Starbucks within walking distance. The hostess at the front desk was not to great. She asked a lot of questions that the relevance of were starting to raise suspicions in our ability to pay or just our being there in general. The hostess said that they were just company questions that they have to ask are their guest. Oddly the Courtyard Marriott that I had just left that morning in San Antonio didn’t ask those types of questions.

The hotel was older but clean. Suited our needs for a place to stay on our road trip.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was in the middle of the city nearby so many restaurants and things to do. The second reason I would recommend it is because I realized shortly after checking out the property the following day that I had left a $600 pair of tennis shoes in the room. After calling, and speaking with the manager, she did inform me that the housekeeper had supposedly thrown them away, but that they would refund me for the value of the shoes. After a few weeks of providing proof of purchase, and other such things, I did in fact, receive a check from Marriott for the amount of my shoes. This is great customer service in my opinion and I would definitely recommend Marriott properties here on out.

Cleanliness, it was extremely comfortable and quiet

They had great customer service. When I went to the front desk about laundry they were very helpful, felt like a mom who wanted to make sure you were well taken care of. Property could use some work, light fixture was broken in the stairwell and the room colors were kind of bland. Bathroom felt cold and utilitarian with no decorations. They also need to tell the workers and/or guests not to smoke by the front doors. Bad experience for guests arriving and for those guests who have their rooms above (like I did) with their sliding doors open for fresh air.

i arrived late around 10pm. they did not have a room for me. they scrambled around for a while and found a room. first tried to call a nearby hotel to have me move to, they did not answer the phone and so then they found me a room. on a good note the bistro staff was very nice.

Location is great. Bed was very uncomfortable, squeaky, felt like one side legs were very weak or broken. The breakfast selection was unacceptable. Stayed at cheaper hotels where breakfast was available for free. Hotel could have at least had coffee for guest in lobby. Had to leave hotel early just to drive to get breakfast. Too many other hotel choices to stay in local area that has coffee and breakfast. Online said bar, not much to be called a bar. Misleading.

Only have one complaint….the jacuzzi was broken. The clerk asked me my reason for staying on check in. I told her “relax in the hot tub/jacuzzi. Recently had an injury and wanted to soak & relax. Especially after the holidays. Everything else & everyone there were very nice and accommodating.
