The rooms are a little dated and dim, but I appreciated that everything was clean. Breakfast is basic, but as expected for the price. Only complaint is the smell of smoke in the hallway that managed to creep into the room.

I booked based on reviews and the staff is indeed amazing and helpful and kind, wow!! And the breakfast was wonderful, we had booked an expensive hotel for the first part of the trip and didn't get the breakfast, the cleanliness of the expensive hotel was the only thing that beat this hotel. These rooms we more spacious, beds were comfortable and it was nice having a couch and a bench, plus a desk chair. Only drawbacks were the dated features like old carpet and fixtures. But shower was hot and great pressure. The rooms didn't smell but the hallways kinda did. The bathroom fan was loud evertine you turned on the light so that kind of woke up the whole room of sleepers if you got up early and you couldn't close the room darkening curtains (which street light shining in wasn't pleasant). Overall for the price it was a great value and by far better than the expensive hotel, would love to see comfort inn/suites go to the laminate flooring updates and we will probably choose them more often, it's that old carpet era of hotels it's hard to stay crisp and clean with all the carpet

There were hairs in the sink and shower, the treadmill and elliptical in the fitness room were broken, the hot water heater was apparently inoperative, and the "breakfast" was sugary cereals and waffles with no fresh fruit beyond oranges. Not even an apple. On the positive side the desk clerk was polite and professional.

Everything was amazing there. The only thing I didn't like was I didn't have hot water for a shower the 2nd morning I was there.

Friendly service especially for checking in. Didn't like the refrigerator because someone left a sandwich in it.

They were accommodating. The pool was unfortunately closed and under maintenance. I left my watch behind in the room I stayed in and they were nice and honest about it and called me! Definitely recommend!!

The rooms were clean and spacious but the facility was not in good repair. The pool was closed. The breakfast was very poor. The bread was stale and the food did not appear fresh. The coffee was weak.

Me and my friends were in town for a funeral and the stay was perfect. We didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to our stay. Breakfast was a nice perk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

Fan in the bathroom was broken making loud awful sound n slight smell of piss as u enter the room.

The hotel was clean, but it could use an update. My desk chair wouldn't go up or down, and it was stuck in a low position. I wasn't able to use the desk comfortably. The bed was clean and comfy and it had plenty of assorted pillows.

Old beat down hotel. Cracks in the wall. Found Roaches and insects. Breakfast food was a joke. No eggs, no sides, just bread. Coffee was out. Would not recommend.

My advice is do not stay here. All night there was loud music from lobby. Many guests were complaining. I could not sleep due to noise. I requested refund the next morning but they did not give me

The hotel is clean. Close to many restaurants and the highway. Very nice individuals working there. It was packed and relatively chill. Beds are comfy. Shower was scorching hot. Breakfast was basic and ok. Stayed on the first floor near the end of the hall near side door. You couldn’t hear people coming in or out. I would stay there again. Check out the Crystal grottoes caverns!!

Wasn’t bad, but the air wasn’t on when we got there, so it took forever to cool down and the beds were super soft, like you sunk down in them lol. Staff was very nice and checkin was easy. Breakfast was good but don’t count on eggs or bacon or anything that needs to be cooked ( they do have waffle maker).

The hotel's pool is not working. It has not been opened since before covid. The pool has water in it- so im guessing something is broken. The 2- Queen suite has plenty of room but needs updating and deep cleaning. We had to switch rooms because the first room's bathroom sink was clogged and the second room had peanuts on the floor in the room. When we asked if a vacuum was available to remove the peanuts- none was available. Fortunately, we did not have an allergy issue. All of the pillows seemed stained yellow. Breakfast was available and had adequate seating and location but the food was minimal. The work out room had 1 treadmill and 1 weight machine again minimal. The work out room water cooler was empty and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Overall- if housekeeping ups their game and the pool was reopened- this could be an ok place ro stay.

Overall nice, friendly staff, but we noticed some hair (or fur?) on the bed linens, and the breakfast was all sweets, no savory options, like eggs, cheese or unflavoured oats.

We have stayed here multiple times while in the area, this was a first we were not happy with our room. Room was not so great, refrigerator was dirty inside where someone spilled something and it was never cleaned. Never seen anyone from house keeping, had to keep going to front desk for clean towels, by the end of our 3 night stay had ants all in and around trash can area. Stains on carpet, sheets on the bed did not look very clean, wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. Breakfast was very very limited, waffle maker, a few cold cereals and English muffins you could put in toaster, yogurts and limited fresh fruit. We always like staying here because of the spacious rooms but will really have to re-think our choice next time.
