The hotel was very neat and tidy. Breakfast had sumptuous options and the best thing is that it is right by the lake.

Comfortable, clean and cozy my only complaint is there wasn’t much breakfast options it was only plain scrambled eggs and sausage links or waffles was hoping for hash browns or some kind of potatoes. As a vegetarian it would be nice to have other options. Other than that it’s a wonderful hotel. I will definitely recommend and come back to stay.

Fast, friendly staff... The room was very spacious and the view was amazing! The bed was so comfortable, I really wanted to take the pillows and blankets home wirh me. It was quiet and the pool/hot tub option was just what we needed. Will definitely stay again, thank you...

We had a wonderful little getaway. Very easy breezy and super relaxing. Rooms were spacious and staff wete very nice. Location was perfect, super close to everything but didn't feel crowded or congested. We will be back in the Spring!

The patio being across from the lake was fantastic! Beautiful view was the best part. The tub extremely slow to drain. Only one of the bathroom plugs worked. Keurig machine was broken. It did get replaced but it took over an hour and I NEEDED my coffee. The kitchenette woefully under stocked (no pans, pots only and no spatulas/serving utensils..etc). Room was serviced and bed was made but used towels not replaced. The indoor pool has no bathrooms nearby. Where is everyone going pee? I’m sure the children using the pool aren’t going back to their rooms to use the toilet. We stayed during the off-season so didn’t pay premium rates, thank goodness!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly! They gave us a room with easy access to the park for our dogs and kids to play. The pool and hot tub areas were wonderful. And the room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again!

Each room has a great view of the lake and the snow mountain! The room is comfortable and the staff are very nice. Will come back again next time when visiting Chelan.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. From.check in to check out, everyone was so kind, joyful, helpful, and professional. The views were gorgeous, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast room was lovely. We cant wait to come back.

We always stay here when we come for a fall weekend in Lake Chelan. We love the rooms with the balcony - very spacious and great views. The breakfast is so good! Enough to keep you full for the day. FYI - we discovered the ice cream offerings at the Chevron a mile down the road...Pat's and Mikes'....go!!! Milkshakes are great. Anyway, our dogs love this spot, they play on the beach that is right below the hotel. Short drive into town to walk around and go to the gym. We love this place!

The property is by the beach and all the downtown area, it is very nice location. Kids like to play by the beach. Staffs are friendly. However, the property is a little bit old. Breakfast has not much variety. Anyway, it stills worth 4 stars.

This is our 3rd time visiting and it always has been great. The grounds are well kept and staff is always friendly and helpful. Prime location. The only downside is their breakfast. Not great but if you have kids its perfect for them.

For the price we paid, we should have received a disclosure on the uncontrollable GNATS and insects problem. It wasn’t until we arrived at the property that we were given a statement regarding the problem.
We booked two days prior to our stay. The laminated statement appeared to have been posted for weeks, if not months.

I enjoyed the relaxing environment that Lakeside Lodge and Suites provided while I was there. I was comfortable in my room as well as around the grounds. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Very nice stay, I have already recommended it to others that I know.
