Customer Service was very nice. However, Hotel room was damp-feeling though. We needed a dehumidifier in there. And the temperature controls do not work from the wall thermostat. You have to use the controls on the actual device to control heat or ac even though there is a sticker on it that says to use the wall thermostat. BIGGEST THING TO NOTE: last days as I was taking all the pillows off, i found a BED BUG so you have been warned. Not good to know we were sleeping with them over those two days.

What was on there web site and what you got were not the same. The room was clean but not what was shown on the web site. The property look to be a little ran down I booked because of the price and the web site. The next time I will pay more for what I would like to have..

No pool. Run down. No bed bugs though. A good option if nothing else is available.

I didnt like the fact that they said i had a non smoking room but as soon as we opened the door, the smell of cigarettes n ash tray just hit us in the face, it made my hair n clothes sink just from being in there. The bathroom was filthy and needed a deep scrubbing, it was definitely nothing like in the pictures for advertisement, not worth the price to stay!

The stay was ok. The lobby is under construction so finding the correct entrance was a bit confusing. The young clerk was training, but did his best to make sure things were done correctly. This is a budget motel. We got exactly what we paid for. The exterior of the building could use an update and the rooms could use a remodel, but our room was spacious, clean, and fairly comfortable. There was great water pressure in the shower and the property is located near restaurants and a gas station. There wasn’t any noise or drama from the other guests and overall, we had a pleasant night.

The place was a dump. Their website said continental breakfast and nothing. Bathroom door would not shut. Chair in room broken unusable. All frames around rooms rotting. Trash around the hotel. The night check in area filthy. WiFi was like having dial up it too was unusable.

My fault for booking on short notice but please update your pictures this place is filthy and looks nothing like the pictures. False advertising.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy. And the price was GREAT!

Our room was supposed to have 2 queen beds, they were full beds. Only 2 sets of towels. I went down and asked for another set. He said he would bring them down, never got delivered. Bathroom and mirror needed cleaning and there was some stains on the comforter.

The heater did not work unless you unplugged it and plugged it back in. The room was absolutely filthy. The card reader was faulty and left me standing outside in a snow storm for 10 minutes trying to open my door.

I was really impressed with the room. Very nice for the economy class. Yes there was some wear and tear but you could still the employees/management/owners took pride in the property. I would happily stay here again! It's a little tucked away which was actually nice and made it quiet. The tile floor in the bathroom had damage but that didn't bother me since the rest of the room was nice and the bed was comfy. I've stayed at a few other budget places in the area and this has been the best stay yet!

Not a bad stop for the price

The place was so dirty and outdated and the floor was making noise as you wolk on it. We ended up leaving around 7pm and not spending the night. No refound was issued. We had to go to another hotel.

Room was not clean; bathroom was disgusting. I have pics. Flip lock on inside of door was missing the male piece- so did not work. Huge gap under door; ashtray right outside room, so room smelled like smoke throughout the stay. Asked staff member to move ashtray; had to ask twice maybe 12 hours apart…..and a couple hours or so later, it was finally moved. Very old and outdated room. We arrived the morning after start of reservation. I explained to staff the day before, I would arrive either late that night or early following morning of reservation start date. Just wanted to make certain room would be ready no matter when I arrived since I was paying for start of reservation anyway. We arrived the morning after start of reservation. Took long to get key from office. Got to room & cleaning person went in room to clean after seeing us pull up. My mother and I stated we didn’t understand why room wasn’t already ready when the reservation started the day before. The cleaning attendant stated she was giving the bathroom a detail clean and didn’t appreciate our “attitude.” Seriously? Went into bathroom - if that was a detail cleaning, I’m a monkey’s uncle. Chairs were ripped. Bed sheet had cigarette hole. Can’t believe I had to pay a pet fee for pets to stay here. Considering how unclean the room was, I highly doubt they do anything specific for cleaning after pet stay. Sketchy place. Does hotel.com even check these hotels? Very unpleasant. More to say and show if more space

Because it was only a one-night stay, my expectations were low to begin with. The onsite front desk person was multitasking (on phone w/customer, I assume, and helping me and another person) so the interaction with them was uneventful. The room had dead bugs the moment I entered as well as moths inside. I wouldn't recommend this place but it was not super horrible either, given the fact it was only going to be a one night stay.

Quiet area for the convenient location. Rough customers for the price point though. A lot of comings and goings. Pool was closed. Unfriendly front desk staff
