The toilet had no water, the room very dirty, parking lot garbage all over.

Booked on our drive to Orlando and was exhausted. Showed up at check in and the service counter guy was so rude when he asked for our credit card and I said we booked online. Then sent us to the first room and the bed where not made and sheets were on the floor. Second room one bed was made and the other one had no sheets and no towels. Third room had hair all on the floor. Potato chips on the floor and one of the beds had brown stains on them that looked like smeared poop. Went back to the front for a refund and was denied. We never even got our luggage out of the car. Had to book another hotel. Was not impressed with the customer service on this site as well. Called and was told it was up to the hotel to refund or not. So I basically paid for a hotel room that we couldn’t use. We have booked so many hotels on this site, but will go directly to hotel for better customer service in the future.

Shower curtain did not fit causing the water come to the bathroom floor. Missing safety lock on door entrance. Sheets and pillows were dirty.

Room was not clean, it had old sheets on the bed and I had to wait til the next day for clean ones. Also have roaches! I personally stood outside the room if check out and watched a homeless woman clean the room and just took the old sheets that I changed from the day before and left what I put on the bed and didn’t change them!

Booked two rooms, two nights. Motel has seen better days, but the rooms were clean and the beds fairly comfortable. We booked this motel because it was budget-friendly.But was a bit more low budget than expected. Bring your own toiletries. Towels were very threadbare. Check-in was a bit awkward due to very thick plexiglass - could not hear the staff member very well. Overall, if you are aware you are booking low budget motel then there should not be any disappointment.

This was a comfortable last minute reservation due to vehicle troubles & after having dealt with that all day it was nice to check in to a hotel that was clean, comfortable & easy to get in

They will take your money your company charges guests stays to collect extra money and it's not fair I will never refer anyone to use this company and the workers stills out of your room anything thats value keep it on you dont leave it meth heads is the housekeepers
