This was a stay more of convenience than anything else so it worked fine. It wasn't the best room. i am not sure what they are remodeling but the rooms haven't been done yet. There were remodeling signs in the lobby so may be that is all they are doing? Staff nice though so no complaints just an older hotel.

The hotel was clean and thr staff was friendly. I always stay at this hotel when i come into town to see family.

We had a double room, believe full beds and very uncomfortable. The water was not as heated. I know some remodeling is happening but it wasn’t that. Our bed sheets came off and there was a big stain on the mattress. We had 3 small pillows that probably have not been renewed since opening. We got what we paid for. It could’ve been worse. It sufficed for the night.

Ive stayed at several different establishments around west monroe,la.....by far these people care more than anyone. The rooms were clean,and much nicer. Linde and her staff helped anyway they could. You dont feel like your being clerked. Thank yall again

Bathroom vent in another room could be heard in ours for several hours during early morning. Pillows were to bulky. Have stayed at this property on many occasions , this was the most uncomfortable.

Was told my room was taken care of when I booked it online
Well I go out and they charged me 100 on my card for a deposit I guess ? Anyway the water was brown and the lady didn’t even tell us where our room was . She seems a little slow

This is the worst over night stay my wife and I ever had. The bed was hard the pillows were worse. When we checked in we didnt have a TV remote. We both woke up numerous times in pain from the bed and pillows.
I would not recommend this for comfort or relaxation

We checked in and didn't realize they were remodeling therefore there was plastic hanging everywhere, ladders. The hallway was dark when we got off the elevator. Thought the room was going to be ok until my husband picked some clothes laying in the floor and they were not ours so the room had not been cleaned. Got up the next morning to roaches in the bathroom not just one but several. Needs to be sprayed. Checked out asked for a receipt and was told since I booked through Expedia they would have to email the receipt. I thought that was crazy they couldn't just print a receipt. Free breakfast was an apple and granola bar since remodeling but we weren't even offered that before we checked out before 6:00 am. Will never stay here again.

The hotel is tired. Needs major updating which it looked like something was going on because things like the breakfast area were under construction. So much so that guests were given a “bagged breakfast.” Which was an admirable idea. For the price of our two night stay, this hotel was highly disappointing and overpriced. I stayed in cheaper and much nicer rooms in England this past Spring.
Kudos to ALL of the staff though, who were excellent in their positions. Very kind workers.

We booked thru hotels.com and got here to find no pool and no breakfast due to construction that was not noted anywhere on their site. Checked into room with mold on ceiling therefore had to leave. They won’t refund our money. Very very disappointed. The floor was also so moist in the bedroom that we couldn’t walk on it with socks without getting soaked. This is just not OK especially for price paid!!!

Upon arrival it was water every where then we asked if we could get moved to the other location they said no meanwhile elevator not working have to climb the stairs with luggage and baby very frustrating was there for a family gathering/ birthday party and was exhausted from traveling got hot wanted to enjoy the pool and couldn't it was dirty still haven't received my deposit or half of my money back I think that it's only fair and I usually don't leave a review but for this yes and I am not hard to please and couldn't get free breakfast either I'm just done

I liked the actual location of the property.
The property was very dirty and unkept. There was trash strewn about the hallways. When you walked in, the air smelled like something was wet and mildewing. I was very disappointed in the condition of this property. I booked online, so I did not see it before I booked it, and it was non refundable. It was so dirty I could not sleep! I only stayed a few hours. I don’t plan to ever stay at this property again. It was absolutely deplorable!

Room had a moldy smell. We unfortunately paid for 4 days stay and was stuck with moldy smell room. Breakfast also was not good and had very very limited options. This is one of worst quality Inn we had stayed

Upon checking out I've informed The front desk lady about bed bugs and ask her if she Would like for me to show someone where it was. And she said what she said. It was no need that she was send housekeeping, and ask to speak to was no manager available until Monday and to call back.
I did call back on Monday Also because I thought I I left and I didn't behind and talked to the front desk Lady and al's and ask for a call back From the manager never heard back from the about the bed bug Issue i'm still waiting for a phone call and no answer.

I used to stay at this hotel when it was new. Currently the facilities are run down and in disrepair.

The pool area was nice, the breakfast was decent, but the room was just okay. I did not get any sleep because there was a spring I could feel in the bed. For a king sized bed, there were only 4 small standard pillows that were also uncomfortable. The sheets had little balled up spots from being washed. I ended up having to stay another night in town and I went with Holiday Inn due to the bed issue.

It was conveniently located close to where I was going to an event. Safe quiet, the dining options were great and the parking was very easy.

The staf is the ruudest I have seen in a long time at a hotel. I forgot my reading glasses in the room and called them 5 hours after checkout. They bounced me around telling me stories that they will have a manager call me next day. That never happened and mosre so they blocked my number so every time I call the hotel nobody picks up. I tried calling at many hours of the dayon a number that I previously talked to someone so it is good. Why in the 21st century someone would not return reading glasses is beyond me but I know I will contact corporate and file a formal complaint. Terrible experience for me...

Pool was closed despite no signs of maintenance or safety issues. No signage or notice on Orbitz or property’s website. I am traveling with my elderly mother and we chose the property after viewing the pool from the gate. The clerk put our room on the 1st floor, adjacent to the pool and we thanked her for that. An hour later when my mother went to use the pool, the door was locked. We contacted front desk and were informed pool was closed till probably next week due to an unknown maintenance issue. By that time it was too late for us to check out and find another property…. So sorry, oh well was the response from property manager.

It was sufficient. The cover was ripped and the fill was coming out of it. We asked for housekeeping and they noted it upon arrival but we did not get one. They said someone had cancelled it so we had to ask for new towels since we had put the old ones on the floor to be changed. They didn’t have replacement towels so they had to give us smaller pool towels. It is an average hotel for a two star hotel and below average for a three star hotel.

We called in advance to make sure the pool would be open. We came back from a graduation to let our son swim. The front desk told us it was closed because it was about to rain. (It had just finished raining and was sunny) We went to eat and came back. Then we were told it wasn’t open until June 1. Extremely frustrating with different reasons and a disappointed child.

The hotel definitely needs some updates. Room had musty smell. The toilet seat and tub had cigarette burn on them. The tub had some type of debris on bottom of tub and near drain. Water was brown. Lamp by bed flickered like a ghost. Elevator dropped when starting to descend. Bed was ok for a one nighter. For all of this the room rate didnt meet expectations. It was overly priced for sure. The only plus factor was we stayed with several family members in same hotel for wedding in the area. So we woke to their smiling faces downstairs. Rm 316. I forgot to take pictures however site photos must have been when they opened several years ago. Staff was very friendly.

One night passing through…staff was friendly, room felt small due to door opening to bathroom, tub was dated, bed and linens okay…breakfast was ok. Would stay here in a pinch, fine for one night.

It’s no frills, but it’s clean, service is spot on and totally comfortable! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall good budget hotel. Bathroom door was warped and would not close, room smelled damp/musty, bedding had holes. Staff was friendly.
