Front desk service lady was problem solving, efficiently, fast and very friendly. Also bilingual! Room with kitchen in good condition with appliances than made our stay easy and comfortable. Excellent housekeeping. Shuttle is free to Mall of America, train station and airport. The only downside is the moisture management must repair to improve.

We stayed at this hotel because of me having Knee replacement surgery. This hotel was perfect for us. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and housekeeping did a great job daily of cleaning and helping out. It was perfectly located near stores and food places on top of it having a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. Will be definitely staying here again next time we are in town.

I like the 2 bedroom suite at this price it was unbeatable deal, The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. The room was a little worn some water damage in the bathroom everything was in working order.

It was an amazing experience. I booked 4 rooms for us and 4 other families. They were all happy. One family room was even upgraded to a bigger one at no additional cost. Breakfast is really good aswell.

We could not control the temperature. Hot and Cold throughout the nights. Daytime didn't seem to affect this.
We were killing small insects in the kitchen. We believe them to be pill bugs. We think they were coming through the sink.
Overall, we liked having 2 bedrooms to choose from, and the suite/living room area was large and comfortable.

The pros:
-The room was huge
-A full kitchen (mini oven)
-Big bathroom
-It was clean, however with how old it was some things were so nasty.
-They have appliances to borrow
-Maintanance came to fix things efficiently
-Seemed like a safe area and the hotel required key cards to get in so that was safe.
The cons:
-Very dated
-The couch was nasty
-Breakfast was awful
-There were beetle type bugs all over our room we had to kill

Such a disappointing experience. We usually stay at Towne place Suites and this was by far the the most dirtiest outdated one we have ever been to. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and the bed was so uncomfortable and everything from the carpet, to the lampshades were so dirty it was horrible.

Over the hotel was good and the breakfast was ok. The staff are polite as well. The 2BR was much smaller than it looked in the pictures. The nighttime front desk person did not seem to know what he was doing and took too long to figure out how to change our room to one next to our extended family and ended up giving us the wrong type of room and we had to go back to square zero. The room is clear but has several dead bugs laying around on the window's edge. The kitchen is minimally equipped and the red sofas in the room are old and worn out.

Next to our room was a party in 2 rooms, blowing horns, pounding on the walls, just obnoxious. Went to the front desk and asked if there was a quiet time, she said they'd gotten complaints and offered us a new room without hesitation. She was super friendly, kind & understanding. We laughed with her about people's rudeness. New room was quiet. Beds are comfy, kitchen nicely stocked with items for eating & cooking. Walked to chili's & received 10% off or bill send walked to holiday gas station. Stay was perfect once relocated. Will stay again!

It was very cold in my 2 bedroom suite. The front desk changed my room. And initially I thought problem solved. So after 45mins to 1 hour cold cold room all over again. I adjusted the temperature and nothing the heat barely blew from the vents. Mind it was like 7 degrees with a lower wind chill factor. Hotel mgr Kaylah did try her best to accommodate and rectify my situation. But it’s only so much employees can do. Especially when it comes to physical plant of a property. The windows were shut but a lot of cold air was coming through. Had to boil water and use extra blankets to stay warm. Unfamiliar with the area and no transportation I had to deal with it from Sun to Wed. Upon checking out I spoke with GM Sherry and was promised 1 full night comp refund for my inconvenience. Will follow up the hotel on that. Which is not a lot but at least it is an attempt to make things right besides that nice hotel.

Nice hotel. There was a hole in the curtains but they had dark out blinds behind them so no real issue from my part. Friendly and accommodating staff. Would stay there again.

We will stay here again if we're in the area. There are lots of nice places around to get food if needed. The room was nice and large with lots of extra space. The only negative(s) --> our room was closer to the highway so if you're a light sleeper you'll hear a lot of highway noise. Also, there were some people outside talking at night that was noisy. None of that really was a major negative overall. We really liked the place and like I said we'd stay here again. Price was great as well.

Definitely needs maintenance and updates. Rotting baseboards. Floor boards peeling up. Window wont close completely. Smoke alarm removed and wires hanging down from ceiling.

The staff was very accommodating. The outside of the hotel was gross. Garbage always full. The hotel entry smelled like weed 24/7.
Rooms were ok. Pool was not cleaned at all.

The check-in area reeked of cigarette smoke. Thankfully that didn't carry over into the room. The person checking me in took forever and thought I was staying for 6 nights, not 2 and asked me for the same information multiple times. The upholstery on the room furniture was all disgusting. Large stains everywhere and just gross looking. Very noisy stay. Lots of college aged boys being very unruly and loud well into the night.

1. We had dirty laundry in our beds.
2. We went down to breakfast at 9 am and there was no breakfast left (although it was supposed to go to 10). We were told they ran out.
3. We had other guests running the halls until 2 am.
4. Our hotel shuttle driver got lost.
5. When we complained about our issues to front desk they did not seem to care and only offered us a smaller room in exchange.

My room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. I was told, by a friendly desk worker to point out, that they were booked to capacity and couldn't switch my room. So I slept in a stinky, stale smoke smelling room. The bathroom ceiling had damage, as did the inside of the door to my room. I also went to have breakfast at 8:10 and the hot food was already gone, leaving just one bowl and dry cereal left to go with milk cartons and juice. Pretty limited breakfast options and availability. Not worth the $120 price tag. I've been at the Best Western in Eagan before several times for cheaper prices and it's three times the hotel this one is, albeit from my limited experience with this hotel. If one room here smells like smoke all night, others probably do also.

Very dirty through out the room. There was white stuff on the couch and chair and chair is very old and worn. The back of the dining room chairs also were filthy. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap containers were off the wall and still had the backing on them and were barely filled. The bathroom door did not shut and the other door going into the bathroom didn't lock.

Service was especially good in spite of the remodeling in progress on the reception and breakfast areas. I appreciated being on the 2md floor near the elevator and stairs, so I could exercise by using the stairs🙂.
