Do not recommend. Cons: Not clean & needs many cosmetic repairs. •The curtains had dirt/stains. •The walls were fithy. •There was a hole (that someone punched) in the door •The wall has chipped paint/half patched cracks •The bathroom floor was not clean the air vents were covered in dust/lint There were stains on the sofa. •Sliding door was rusty & had a breeze coming in (it was -2 degrees out) •My child is allergic to dust mites & woke up with swollen eyes/wheezing/itchy skin. •Sofa bed has tons of springs popping out. There was no way someone could sleep on it. Pro: •The staff was kind. •Breakfast was good •Easy proximity to the highway

This hotel is disgusting! Everything was filthy from the moment I walked in and only got worse the more I looked. Trash everywhere, dusty , smelled bad , mold in the shower and sink area in the room. The drawers in the room had luggage tags and receipts from someone else. Blood on the sheets! The water didn’t work in the bathroom, only trickled. Over all everything was dirty, dated and dingy! The staff were rude at check in and when I had to go down 10 times because the key kept failing to open the room door. Pool was gross with brown crap floating in it! Overall the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I paid a premium thinking I could trust the Hilton name. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to stay and pass on this motel (definitely not a hotel lol)!!

The staff at front desk was nice. And patient. The breakfast staff was absolutely awesome, the guy who made omelets very considerate and friendly, and Christine was very nice enjoys what she does.

Property was adequate. Bit dated and could use some cleanliness tips. Otherwise, good service and friendly staff.

Stayed here due to the code proximity to an event we were attending. Property was very clean, staff super friendly. Rooms are a bit dated, but spacious. Price was very fair. For future guests ice machines are on the 3rd, 4th and 5tg floors. Not clearly stated where they are in the room. Did not check out the pool but they have one.

The property is big and plenty of parking.

Room needs a little updating carpets need cleaning. Room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Could use a few more waffle makers on weekends

I called and asked the front desk for help, she laughed and said "im the only one here. not going to happen" I understand that you may be short handed, but there is a professional way of saying that without being nasty and rude. So room service was nonexistent, anything I asked for in the evening, I was told no. So i stopped asking for anything. Other than rude night shift lady, the stay was pretty good. The younger gentleman on nights was great, he offered to turn on the waterfall when I was in the hot tub which was sweet of him. The bartenders and cook staff were great, I loved everything I ate. I felt 0 neeed to go out to eat anywhere but there. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean, I had all the ammenities I needed there. It was quiet, up until Thursday. They had a pool tournament going on, super loud, i had a really hard time sleeping and I was further away than most rooms. I feel bad for those who are there on business Thursday. I am sure they didn't sleep either with the noise- my suggestion is to make sure there are no events going on prior to booking. I gave up trying to sleep at 4 am and checked out early and left. The best breakfast ever. Cozy beds. Overall decent stay.

We asked for batteries for our tv remote control and were told they didn’t have any. They ran out of pool towels (was a holiday weekend) but we were continually told “30 mins, in 30 mins we’ll have more” but they never came so we used bath towels. The evening reception was a nice surprise, cocktails and appetizers. Breakfast attendant was VERY NICE and welcoming, very cheerful! The facility is old but nicely renovated and very spacious.

The room was clean and neat, quiet The things that we did not like, the tub in the bathroom didn't drain properly, the toilet paper dispenser was broken, the coffee pod maker was half broken, needs a Keurig in EVERY ROOM, outside the room in the hallways very dirty, carpet needs to be vacuumed, loved the hot tub and the pool, loved the breakfast and the gym thank for our stay

Great service

I loved the hotel it was very clean and staff gave excellent service. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I especially loved that they cooked omelettes.. I didn't like on my last night there only 1 elevator was working, and also that they charge $50 per night for accidental hold, other hotels that I have stayed at previously, they only charge $50 for your whole stay. Other than that my stay was wonderful

Difficult check in for us specifically, due to our room. Not being ready, but breakfast was wonderful and room was comfortable. Pool was a bit smaller than pictures eluded to, but the kids loved it and we overall enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, clean, quietand staff is VERY friendly and accomidating, Especially Christine, who came over and talked with us for a few while we were having breakfast

Fast easy check in, clean room, quiet, good dinning!

The convenience of this hotel and cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast was amazing as usual, however, the cocktail hour was quite a bit below standards of other Embassy locations.

Staff was friendly, professional, answered all my questions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Front staff was nice room had no trash bags in the mirrors were dirty.

Lobby layout

Location is great. Layout of the facilities is nice: big open atrium. Suites are always nice at Embassy Suites...lots of room. Couple of nitpicks: conditioner was empty in the shower, no K cups for Keurig coffee machine. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Loved the safe especially Alicia she was AMAZING & made our stay 10xx better. The pool had wayyyy to much chlorine but other than that the stay was excellent the kids had a ball & I enjoy my complimentary drinks and my BIG breakfast!

Our check-in experience with Employee #1 was rude, dismissive and non-responsive. However, there must have been a shift change at 3 pm, and Employee #2 was WONDERFUL, listened, made our 50th anniversary stay great.... The property is aging, but I suspect all businesses are still trying to financially recover from COVID years.

This property was decent for the money that we paid. We enjoy Embassy Suites because of the daily Happy Hour, hot breakfast in the morning and the spacious rooms. This particular hotel did have what we were looking for and good value for the price we paid. The only downside is that the hotel cleanliness is not on par with other Embassy Suites and there was ALOT of extra action happening when we stayed. People being exited from the hotel...being taken out abd escorted from the pool and the hotel, etc. Alot of extracurriculars taking place...maybe normal for a Saturday night??

Air conditioners did not work very well. Rooms need to be updated, it has that old "used to be smoker room but we scrubber it the best we could smell".

The room had a weird smell and I looked on the wall and noticed mold before I checked out

My husband and I always go to Embassy suites. We love their managers complementary cocktail hour. Their breakfast is and omelet bar is always sublime.
