Check in at the front desk was terrible then once got in the room it was very filthy with dirty bed sheets probably they reused it kitchen sink was dirty with probably cleaning chemicals

a little outdated but okay for the price. i'd come back for sure

Place was clean and great location. Bed was very uncomfortable.

They made me pay resort fee and parking fee twice. I booked in hotel.com and i paid during reservation. When i checked in they made me pay again for $79 for resort fee where in fact its not even a resort theres no pool as well. The room was not clean the kitchen itensils are very disgusting. The aircondition is not cold and only in the rooms. Its very hot inside. And all the clock were set to alarm in the middle of the night. The bathroom supply were empty. Very unsatisfied. The kitchen are dirty very disgusting

The room was nice and big with a full sized refrigerator but that was the only good thing. I requested for a high floor but ended up on the second floor. The girl that checked us in had a really bad attitude. They are very weak in customer service. Also upon check in, we are told that they have no available parking and we have to park across the street. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room but while looking around, I found a coffee package open but it wasn’t used so I guess housekeeping thought it was ok to leave it in the room. The bathroom was clean but with three people in the room, we only had 3 bath towels 2 wash clothes with no daily maid service. When I called down for room supplies, the front desk was very unhelpful saying housekeeping is closed. No offer to send someone else or to come to the front desk to get what I need. This hotel has potential of being one of the best if they added a few things to the room like a phone in the living room. The phone was in the bedroom where the couple was staying so when I needed the phone, I had to wait until they came out of their room. & if they change their personnel to experienced customer service representatives. All of the bad would have been overlooked if the employees were friendlier. One other good thing is the location is perfect in Waikiki.

This place is dirty. They don't clean the rooms properly. I asked for room service but was left with the same dirty sheets and towels and the floor was never vacuumed our entire stay. Room keys needed replacing almost everyday as they wouldn't work after 24 hours.

Charged amenity fee but there were zero amenities that were available, explained, or used. No parking, had to park 2 miles away.

It is good but when we are using the plastic coffee cups. Please add the new plastic coffee cups by the coffee maker so we don’t use the same plastic coffee cups every days
