For a budget hotel, I got exactly what I expected. It was clean and bug free, so that’s a great stay in my opinion. Bed was uncomfortable is only real problem.

Room was clean and bed was good. Those are the 2 most important things for me. Also, we have a small dog and pets stay free. Bonus! They gave us a room on the 1st floor so it was convenient to take dog out. The only thing I was concerned about was the door lock and safety latch seemed loose and I felt someone could easily break into the room. However, it was a weekday and nobody was in the rooms on either side of us plus our dog would bark if he heard anything near the door so I wasn't to worried about it.

My only problem was my hair dryer didn’t work. The plug end that it plugged into also was almost falling out of the wall so it made us nervous to even use it in case it started a fire.

The positive is they don’t charge extra for small dogs, but that’s where it ends. Gaps in the doors, slow flushing toilets, and an exterior door at the back that didn’t lock.
The staff is friendly, but untrained and couldn’t do basic tasks like make coffee. In the room, the mattresses are well worn… perhaps by the hour? In the bathroom the towels were so thin you could watch TV through them. They do just below the basic level of maintenance.
There’s rust all over the shower, ceiling and floor. I have pics. The room door gap was so wide you could fit burglar tools through it. Wi-Fi is wide open and not passworded. The appliances are 1st generation microwaves and refrigerators.
The toilet clogged, we had to fix it . If you want housekeeping, you have to stay 3 days and make an appt 24 hours in advance.
Attention, methheads, crackheads, and thieves - The outside back door DOES NOT LOCK!!! You don’t need a room key to get in. Scary!!!
Joke: They promised the “world’s greatest coffee” it was not! It was the world’s greatest example of cheaping out on a breakfast - just one pot of coffee, no decaf, no tea, no cream, nada.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s great that it is surrounded by restaurants, a nearby Walmart, and very close to Fort Leonard Wood Army base.

We got there way after we were supposed to. We got there at 530 in the morning and check out was 11 the next morning. They allowed us to stay until twelve I stead of 11. That was awesome of them!!!

We are retired and on a fixed income so Red Roof fit well in our budget. Our room was super clean and very spacious. Anyone looking for a reasonally price stay that is clean and well kept, Red Roof should be given a try.

We have stayed here many times before. Rooms are clean and large. Issue this time was they are upgrading the breakfast area so there was nothing to eat - just coffee at reception. We had not been advised that there would be no breakfast and we had to stop off somewhere to eat which on a long trip is not great as we like to grab something at the hotel and then be off.

Our first night the air conditioner in our room was making an awful noise. However, as soon as we alerted the front desk, they came straight up and replaced it with a new unit. Great service and friendly service.

Staff was very accommodating and kind.
But much needs to be done to repair and replace many items.
Ceiling fixtures missing covers, sink has spider cracks running out from drain.
You cannot clean the cracks so you get an unusual array of black line's. ( Spidering ) outward. Tub caulking needs replaced, ect.

Waste of money, bedroom was covered in urination as well as the room service never cleaned your room when asked, air conditioner does not work. Overall a dirty and nasty place don't waste your money! far better options for the same price!

Property was going through renovations. Material was placed in public accessible areas. My room was clean and habitable but there were still areas that were in need of fixing. I'm sure management is aware of these areas.

If your love one is graduating from Fort Leonard Wood this place is the best place. It’s close to the base and plenty of places to eat nearby. Also the Walmart is close in case you need something like we did with a sick grandson. The only issue would be the free coffee isn’t or wasn’t very hot and they ran out of cups a few times. Overall great place A

Property was under renovation cause of sprinkler leaks and b d sheets wasn't as clean as it should have been. But the front counter workers were perfect.

Excellent value. A full living room with couch and tv, kitchen with cupboards, island counter and a full size fridge separate full bedroom with a nice size closet, dressers, it's own tv , huge bathroom with a jet tub for under $100! Wife was glowing

The staff were very helpful, it seems my reservation was not given to the hotel so they had no record. I showed them my conformation from expedia and they assisted me in calling Expedia customer service to get to the bottom of the problem. After more than an hour i received my room it was clean and quiet just what i needed. It was walking distance for dinning and shopping.
