For starters the beds were extremely uncomfortable the one closest to the window was completely broken leading you to wake up in a hole in the middle of the bed. Same with the pillows felt like sleeping on bricks. I’ve slept on floors that were more comfortable. The door also had zero seal on the bottom so you could hear everything going on outside the room even our own conversations. The room was unsanitary. Chair had stains as well as the walls in the restroom. The water was cold and we were welcomed by a crayon drawing left on the door connecting to the other room. A leg on the table was broken as well as dirt and footprints on the wall next to the bed. It was very clear there was minimal effort into the cleanliness and maintenance with the over all room itself. I have stayed at many best westerns with many positive experiences and it is safe to say I am beyond disappointed in the quality and performance of this hotel. I will not be returning and recommend anyone to steer clear from this location.

refridgerator didn't work. took us 3 hours to get a tv remote.
requested a handicapped room but didn't get it when we checked in..at least we got 2 beds and on the first floor.

The hotel was awful. The beds had huge bows in the middle. I could hardly walk when I got up. They never cleaned the room, threw the trash or exchanged towels. There were dead bugs in the hallway all weekend which means they did not clean the common space. The 2nd room where my help was staying had no refrigerator and the door handle broke. The room they were moved to had no refrigerator, no micro wave, no remote.

Highly affordable hotel without bells and whistles. Room was nice & clean. Bed super comfortable. Good location other than the construction at the edge of the highway. Would def stay again.

Awful service every day asked for cleaning and nothing I stayed for 3 days. Breakfast was terrible. Definitely not worth staying there.

The room was clean, carpet in good condition, new tub insert. We stayed once a year prior to covid and it was always comfortable. But, this time, the bed was a hammock, outlets on the lamp were very loose and would not hold plugs. The door needed a good push to get in, the entrance light flickered off and on, there was no fire alarm in the room. There was a beeping in the hallway every 30 seconds, sounded like the fire alarm needed attention. If it was just the bed, maybe I wouldn’t be complaining because the room itself was ok otherwise. But the fire alarms and electrical concerns are kind of a big deal. We told the manager in the morning, and he was very nice and said it all would be addressed. We did tell the girl the night before, she was nice but nothing was done about it. The manager in the morning asked if she had offered to move us, but she did not.

Comfortable for family of 3 plus our dog. Quick check in. Very clean. Basic accommodations for one night. Fridge and microwave clean and working. Would stay again if needed. Breakfast was hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuits plus your other staples.

The 4-day stay was nice, Erica the night clerk was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet. both Friday and Saturday we got there at 8am and almost everything was gone, and the morning desk person really didn't seem to be very attentive to replenishing things. Monday morning was better. other than that everything was nice.

The back door was not able so it just stay open all night and once in the room the water was so loud coming out the shower head which was so dirty plus it mildew on the ceiling… I would love to have a full refund because I was unsatisfied with my stay

Wouldn't ever go back, the room smelled like smoke, I layed in the bed and kept hearing a beep.....it was the smoke detector hidden under the bed. I told the front desk about the issue and they would fix it immediately and never did anything or replace the detector

We've stayed here several times over recent years, but this will probably be our last time. The rooms are dated and have not been well maintained. Staff seem disinterested. I think we can find a better place for a similar price in future.

The staff was very friendly when i got the hotel. My room wasn't ready one of my other rooms didn't even have rhe beds made. Mine didn't have the smoke dectector installed just some wires and the base plate thats it. Not very happy at all.

Staff was so friendly, the room was clean. I appreciated the citris toiletries, smelled wonderful. Liked that they had food delivery, i don't like dining out by myself, so delivery was excellent!!!

I was told that breakfast was available until 9:30am. I arrived at 9:05 and grabbed a few items. The man working the breakfast area was very rude and told me it was closed. He had attitude with me.

The room was clean. There was a bullet hole in the window. Arguments & slamming doors in the hallway til 11 pm. Weve stayed @ Best Westerns many times but i will not be back here at this one again.

The matress was terrible. Also, there was no cream cheese or jam for bagels, only peanut butter or butter.

Dirty, dingy, lights flickering, dirty linens, breakfast area dirty, breakfast food tasted horrible, missing basic breakfast supplies like the waffle mix. I just don’t get how this place charged me $185 a night ($130 tax $30 pet fee) for something akin an hourly motel. I hope people see this warning and avoid it

A very clean and friendly environment. Amy at the front desk was quite helpful, courteous, and polite. A wonderful employee to deal with. Only drawback was at breakfast, the waffle maker was not in very good repair, and I burnt my hand on it. Otherwise, a fine stay.

Adequate is all I can say about this place. The bed was hard as a rock with 4 tiny pillows. The AC didn’t work right, it kept getting stuffy in the room. The refrigerator was broken and whoever the maid was didn’t leave any towels. There are no USB chargers to charge a phone, except for the one on the clock. The outlets on the lamps didn’t hold any plugs-they just fell out. The toilet was right behind the door so if you had long legs you had to leave the door open. Went for Ren Fest and stayed here only because it was close and somewhat reasonably priced. I will never stay here again. This is a glorified Days Inn, not up to Best Western Plus standards.
