We loved our stay at the Princess Heights hotel!

This is a lovely property with outstanding views & the rooms are very clean and the staff was wonderful. It’s not on the beach but has access very near. It was by far my favorite part of the island as it’s not as crowded & quieter

We spent 10 days and 9 nights in beautiful St. Marten. After doing much research and reading reviews on line, we decided to stay at Princess Heights. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision! This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We travel often and have stayed at similar types of properties and found this to be the best maintained hotel/condo complex. The rooms are clean, comfortable and private, the outside property meticulously kept, and the service excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Princess Heights sits high upon a hill overlooking Dawn Beach and the views are spectacular. You do need a car if you choose to stay here for any length of time to travel around the island and its restaurants. There are some very nice restaurants close by but I wouldn’t recommend walking due to high elevation and narrow road conditions. We did take morning walks on Dawn beach as well as spent the afternoon there a day. We did walk down easily from the hotel ( elevation aside). There is a beautiful pool that we enjoyed in the late afternoon that is also well maintained. Due to the elevation of the property and the steep roads and driveways, you may want to drive your car down to the parking lot by the pool if you’re not up to walking numerous steps to get there as the first building doesn’t have an elevator. Needless to say, we loved Princess Heights as it provided peace and tranquility in a beautiful setting.

We liked the location, the gigantic pool, the entire staff. We were on the 6th floor and the views were incredible. We would stay there again, but would opt for the larger room with living space. An added bonus was the whirlpool tub, great for relaxing after a long day of relaxing!

The staff and service have been exceptional in making my stay here enjoyable and relaxing—picking me up from the airport, making my dinner reservations, and transporting me to/from the restaurant. After a long day of travel, they made it easy for me to unwind! Thank you!

Awesome location within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the beach. Quiet and safe. Fabulous large swimming pool and well maintained property. Short drive to many beaches and restaurants. Car rental location is walkable.

Absolute perfect vacation experience at Princess Heights. Cannot say enough positive about the caring staff, beautiful scenery, wonderful rooms with spectacular views. Extra special way to celebrate 70th birthday , which was acknowledged by the hotel with wine , as well as additional wine and fireworks for New Years Eve! Thank you Princess Heights for being you !

very clean and great staff working at the property

Every time I visit SXM, I stay at Princess Heights. The views are to die for, stress immediately melts away as soon as you set eyes on the beach front view. Let's talk about the cute breakfast that's brought every morning... the chocolate croissant with the ocean view is enough to make you book it. To be fair, I do want to let you know the drive up the hill is a little much but its definitely worth it

The 1 bedroom was spacious clean and lovely. The views from the bedroom window and balcony of the Caribbean Sea were beautiful.The pool had a slide and a diving board. I liked that Dawn Beach was a 5 minute walk. And an excellent restaurant Big Fish is within walking distance as well as a bar at a nearby resort. I wish the continental breakfast would have been included in the price because there a no options for breakfast. Grocery stores are hard to find even with a car.

Location, Location, Location… Princess Heights didn’t have any of these. Due to the hilly location, it was a literal hike (or an expensive taxi ride) to get anywhere. Lack of elevator to parts of the hotel was also inconvenient We ordered the continental breakfast to be delivered by a certain time (8:30am?) and it did not arrive before we had to leave on a scheduled tour. We had two occasions where we asked the office to call for a taxi, and were told 10-15 minutes… Both times it took over an hour to arrive. We were told to ‘relax’ it would come ‘eventually’. Not much good to say, except that it was an exceptionally clean hotel.

Great views, quiet location, good size room, very clean. Need to rent a car for this location. Walk to beach. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The quietness of the place was a must and the service a plus for me.

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel with the best customer service! The staff was so helpful. They even provided a couple of complimentary cold beers and soda in your room refrigerator!

Welcome surprise close to Dawn Beach. Staff was more than accomodating. Welcome surprise of cold beer, water, and soft drinks in the fridge. Pool area was clean and furniture was comfortable.

I like the fact that it was on a Hill. So you had great views. But the downside is that it was on a Hill. And you really couldn't walk anywhere. The room that we stayed in was great. Housekeeping was good. The pool area definitely needs more attention and more coverage. Other than that I rate my stay 4.5 ⭐️

This isn't my first time and wont be the last. I love it here. The best thing was the customer service! I even got a text to let me know my room was ready. Tooms aleays up to par and of course cant forget the amazon view.
