Nice renovated hotel, right in the middle of the shopping center. Nice and polite staff, especially in the club lounge. Clean and quiet. Free bottled water every day of our stay. Surely will come back and recommend it to everyone.

Great location as always! Room aircon is weak and needs servicing, bathroom exhaust not working, coffee maker not working other than that everything is good.

I booked & confirmed 2 x double beds and received 1 king size bed on check-in. Room had a large water stain on the wallpaper by the TV, one of the bins still had rubbish in it from the previous guests and the bed sheets and blanket look like they were not replaced. Room is dark. If you're looking for a hotel with no fuss and cheap then this is it. I won't stay at this one again. I guess people stay here because of location only.

I extended my stay and they didn’t clean my room as they thought I was gone. When they came at night to clean, the cleaner was rude.

Oh my god.... I stayed at a connecting room and couldnt sleep almost all night long. It was so noisy... I could hear the conversation from the next room. I will never ever stay at this hotel.

Room was tidy, sufficient space and large bathroom. Housekeeping did a good job. But there was a strange smell in entire hotel, like something was burned. Internet in room was very slow, but normal in lobby. Rooms not entirely quiet: tv from neighbouring room and sounds in hallway were clearly heard. Streetnoise was not that bad, considering it is in a lively part of the city.
Close to center of TST. You can walk everywhere. Nice large park very close by.
