It was a nice hotel very clean and spacious, the only issue we had was with the air conditioning it wouldn’t work and they have no handyman on call or any other rooms to move us too… but they were very friendly!

The staff was amazing! Overall it’s a good place to stay once a year for my family and I when we visit for my kids fine arts competition for school. They were all so kind and attentive in every way possible. The front desk representatives were fun to chat with, they made us feel welcomed. They were also very considerate of any requests I had. I always leave a tip for the housekeepers and whenever there is continental breakfast available at the end of my trip so when I got a huge thank you from the lady in charge of the breakfast it made my day. I do have two small cons, probably parking spots for families since the parking is dark and spread out, and more choices for breakfast.

Everything was great only thing I didn’t like was that they required a 150$ deposit on top of the actual payment for the hotel night stay in case of damages . I was caught off gaurd because I didn’t see that in any description at checkout on Expedia.

The suite was amazing! It was roomy and clean and had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils. The beds were comfy and had nice linens, and each room had its own TV. The fireplace in the living room was a nice touch! The indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was so good, especially the omelets! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was that the sofa bed mattress was thin and I could feel the springs. Overall, our stay was wonderful!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Great staff, indoor swimming pool & hot tub and basketball hoop (rim has to be adjusted) that the kids enjoyed playing outside. Great location Very close to food, shopping areas and well maintained.

We could use more big towels. There was only enough for one person even though we booked for three people. Overall the rest was okay! Hallways smelled but the room was clean.

We stayed at the property because it was just a few miles from my daughters softball tournament. The room was clean, spacious and nice and cool on a 100 degree day. We will definitely stay here again.

They might be understaffed. Seems like there’s one person at the front desk, took us awhile to check-in because we had to wait for her to get to the desk to unlock the door to let us in. Also, we were there before the door was supposed to be locked, so I think it was locked because she had to go to the bathroom and didn’t want any stragglers coming in. Other than that, it’s a nice place. Air conditioning was out at the front desk, but worked fine in the room. The room was very nice and clean. All the amenities you would need were in there. It’s conveniently placed by a lot of fast food joints, stores, and is walking distance from the mall and movie theater.

The facility was fine. The pool was closed looked like permanently and the room itself was fine the ac was held in by cardboard and if i was alone wouldn't have felt safe being on the 1st floor. The window locks wouldn't work if they weren't closed

The shower head was set for a 6ft plus person with me at 5’4” unable to adjust and it hitting the wall other persons must have had the same issue as the foot bench was cracked so I couldn’t use that I really had to strain to reach just to be able to redirect I had to stop and get ibuprofen on the way out

Absolutely loved this Marriott. They had an issue with the hot water before we got there and before the end of the night it was all fixed. And the staff were very friendly and made what could have been a hectic check in go rather smoothly.

The hotel was good, but the room was very noisy, and it sounded like there were rocks being thrown at my window. when I arrived to check in, the Sheriffs department was entering to address some domestic disturbance. the location of the hotel is pretty sketchy, and I didn't really feel safe there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only gripe I have is the slow draining bathtub. I informed the front desk and was told there has been other reports for the same room. I’m wondering why it hasn’t been addressed. No one wants backed water in the tub especially in the days of COVD.
