We had the misfortune to stay at this facility during graduation/middle school DC trip season and the hotel was at capacity. Staff told us that many rooms had more guests staying in them than were registered/paid for, and that took a toll on the availability of clean towels, boxes of tissues, breakfast food, etc. The staff coped as well as they could and I appreciate their efforts and don't blame them for shortcomings. The only negative thing I would say is that, unless this is the first time this has ever happened, the hotel management probably should have anticipated the avalanche of customers and planned accordingly.
We were pleased that the area around the hotel is very safe and clean. Coming from a low-crime part of the country, I was concerned about safety.

The hotel was ok. Clean but showing it's age. Elevators needed cleaning and we're slow.

Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Furniture aging a bit. Check-in person was not super friendly. Breakfast included and far better than typical. Definitely a good place, great value for the price but obviously not high-end.

It was not a good experience at all.. we were given a handicapped room even though we didn’t request it. There was a pool party/young children’s party in the pool, cool.. when they left they closed the pool!! Door in bathroom would not close properly, it was something with the tile and carpet. Came down for “free” breakfast and the sausage looked uncooked. The smell of weed coming from somewhere in that area. I would not recommend this property to friends/family visiting or traveling from BWI. When I mentioned something u was kinda given the “um idk answer”

Mecca, who checked us in was so friendly and effeicient. She was super busy with the phones and guests. She handled it all with professinalism and a smile. She is a gem.
The beds were comfortable but the other furniture needs upgraded badly.

the property is well maintained and modern in decorations and styles, rooms were large and clean and comfortable. special little things like flavored water, coffee, tea, cocoa available in lobby was a nice touch.

When we arrived the elevators were broken, the spa was not heated as we were told. The sheets were stained and there was trash in the sofa and in microwave. The amenities in the bathroom were empty and the internet would connect but had no service.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I will not again. Once in Sept 2023 and again in Jan 2024. Both times, the right elevator gets stuck on the second floor and beeps all night. I had the room next to the elevator one night so you can imagine how my night went. This last time I stayed in Jan, the shower above my room was leaking whenever the person was taking a shower. I tried calling the reception desk but after several unanswer calls, I gave up. Hotel just feels dated and need of work.

The weekend stay was superb. Front desk staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. The room was extremely clean. Towels a little scratchy, but it’s a 9.9 rating(just for the towels😁.

Continental breakfast was good, but found it to be noisy in the hallways. Housekeeping opened our door without knocking. The pool was cloudy and dirty looking. The decor is outdated. Showers and decor needs updating. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Would I return, maybe not. If I had a newer more up to date option, I’d choose it instead.

Do not stay at this hotel...they will steal your money. Was told they would put a hold of 100 for the stay...she made it 300 refused to fix it saying it would be dropped after I checked out. 2 weeks latet im stealling deal with my bank to get my money back. So beware.

The room was dirty and the toilet was leaking. The front desk person lied and said he was calling. The maintenance man to come check it out 2 hours later no one showed up. He then says it’s nobody to look at it.

Hot tub not hot, told by staff that is hottest it gets standard on public hot tub is 105 for sanitary purposes wasn’t close. Pool very cold. Refrigerator wasn’t cold. Room was at end of hall so all you heard was door slam every time someone used it. There was also what sounded like a compressor in stairwell that we could hear that was located on 4th and we were on second. Room size says 379sq ft and it was 100sq ft less than that. Parking is $10 per night didn’t realize till we were charged. If you scroll way down on page it is there. Something that should be noted higher up. I even put free parking in filter search and this hotel came up.

The Hotel is alright. The rooms are ok, bathroom was not great, water filled tub it drained very very slow, extractor didn’t work, bathroom needs help, needs updating. Other than that ok.
