When we arrived the room smelled like cleaner but it was t clean - hair in the sink, floors were a mess, dog hair everywhere. I went out and purchased things to clean as there were no other rooms. The room smelt strongly of cleaner upon arrival but by the next morning, the mildew smell set in. My child woke up sick and I had to purchase an air purifier for our room. The smell persisted and it was awful. I’ve never experienced a Hilton hotel to be in such terrible condition. Will never be back and hope others reconsider booking here!

Just great. It was the perfect home away from home for me and my son. We enjoyed COSI and Otherworld while we were visiting Columbus, along with lots of great restaurants.

Came to hotel due to a college visit for my son. It was ok but the microwave didn't work. Housekeeping never came to our room, and we were there from Thurs-Sun. Nothing was replenished so we were out of body wash and conditioner they provide by our first shower. Had a few tissues left in the holder then those were gone. The ice from the ice machine was also dirty. I had to buy ice from the gas station. Lastly, I know they allow pets but there seems not to be any rule about picking up after the dogs. There was dog poop everywhere outside. Also, the fridge never got cold. I had to take my food to my trunk to keep cold. I think those are small issues that can be fixed. Overall, the room was really nice. Beds really comfy. Plenty of space for myself and children to sleep. Small infractions for everything else. I'd give it a 7.0

I usually get early check in but they didn't do it so was kinda upset about that because i had to do something at 1pm and they wouldn't let me check in till 3 pm so i missed my event at 1pm

While the location and rooms were rather dated, the convenience and price were what we were looking for while staying in town to attend an Ohio State game. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection offered at the included breakfast as well. We would stay here again

Check in was simple and quick. Room was clean, shower area needed more light and bed did not have an upper sheet.

Staff was great. Room smells is not good. I had to check out three different rooms before I accepted one that smelled okay. Kitchen floor is always sticky.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this property, unless you want to sleep in your car and/or wait around the lobby for hours waiting for a room to become available. Lots of guests were left waiting for hours for rooms because the hotel has poor management. Desk staff was great but they have limited capabilities when rooms aren't clean. Was able to finally check in a little after 5:30 pm. Some good that does when you have an earlier event and a 6 am flight. Definitely put a damper on what was a great vacation.

I loved it! Although a/c wasn’t working properly the good outweigh the bad and I enjoyed everything about it. The staff was very friendly throughout entire stay. I have definitely found a new place to always come back to. Excellent service. Everything was right there for us!

We called to tell them we would be arriving late. When we got there they gave us a king room instead of the 2 queen we booked. Had to sleep in pull out which was stained and dirty. Table was also dirty, we wiped it and lots of dirt came up, hotel did not care and said they were booked and would not change rooms. Door also did not lock properly.

Difficult check in process. Room cleanliness was mediocre. Key card wouldnt work for front door past 9pm, others had same issue. Due to the difficulties experienced here on two separate stays and for having the $150 deposit, will not be staying here again.

The worst Homewood suites I have ever seen!! Horrible experience.. Im a frequent traveler and Hilton customer. I booked a king bed suite through expedia on Feb 6 for my trip on Feb 22. They didn't reserve any room for me and gave me a 2 bed room when I checked in. The room was stinky, not clean at all and they said thats the only room avalilable! I sprayed room freshner myself. Still it was stinky. Both burners of the stove was broken. I complained and they didnt even looked at it during my 3 nights stay! The worst breakfast ever from a Homewood suites facility! Literally nothing😡 please dont promote this facility. I booked this hotel trusting Expedia. But i didnt even get any support from Expedia. I tried calling and couldnt reach out to any representative.

Nice stay before an early convention next morning. Easy drive in and less expensive than downtown hotels. Breakfast was weak at best. Nice front desk staff.

This hotel was clean and 10-15 min from all the attractions we wanted to visit. Kim at the desk was kind and helpful.

It is convenient to the Expo Center. It is touch and go if the frig works or not and do not plan on cooking a lot, there is not much in the kitchen. But for what we needed it for, it was ok.

The staff was great. Very friendly and the room was worn and dated but clean. From the time I checked in to the hotel the entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. Very Strong odor. also the side door to the hotel was propped open every time we went in and out of the hotel. This made me feel very unsafe. The pool was clean and the the work out area had one working treadmill that I used and worked well.

During check in not very organized, went to room and elevator area smelled like marijana , got to room went in was in there about five mins and seen that it wasn’t cleaned there was garbage and food throughout room , called down to front desk to have someone come look at it and it took and no one came so went to front desk to see if anyone was coming they kinda acted inconvenienced then I got irritated so I check out and stayed at another hotel would not recommend this hotel
