I checked in the night of 3/13 and checked out the early afternoon of 3/14 and wasn’t given any kind of refund or asked why i checked out early (my original checkout date was 3/16). There was no blanket or heat in my room so i had to sleep in my clothes. The sheets had some weird stains on them and the shower still had hair in it amongst other things. Preston didn’t care to get a manager to resolve anything and now i can’t get any money back despite checking out early. This place is trash

2 night stay. Had a very good experience when checking in. Loved that it is pet friendly. And was very pleased with the room we were assigned. It was super clean and smelled clean. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The pillows had a very clean smell to them which is a place for me.
Towels were super white and clean. And the blow dryer was amazing. One minor discomfort was that the occupants above our room had very heavy foot steps and could be heard. Overall great experience.

Tv did not and when I called the front desk to ask if they could fix it or move us to a different room. They said they would come to our room and check it out. When she showed up with the handyman they could not fix it and gave us the fifth degree like she was accusing us of doing something to the tv. She finally put us in a different room. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Everyone was super friendly and informative.. the lady that checked me in went above and beyond to accommodate me. We liked her. Also Chris was amazing, Perfect night guy! He was friendly and we ljked the facg that he walked the property at night. We felt safe with him. Ty Chris.

Enjoyed my night there. A bit noisy but wasn’t a deal breaker. The rooms need some updating but over all it was a good stay and when I’m back in Houston I’ll be back.

This is the 2nd time we stay at this property. The first time was right after renovation. This stay was horrible and regretted choosing to stay here and having my sister in law book as well.
When I called before check in, I called provided my scenario that I would be arriving at 2am and was told I would be charged $40 for early check in and when I arrived I was told Preston was incorrect and it should be $50. The front desk lady argued that I didn’t provide accurate scenario. The first room given had dirty sheets on the bed. The y moved us rooms. The new room had a terrible AC/Heater. The heater almost started a fire. The next day they sent maintenance early in the morning which woke us up, after an 12 hour drive. Only to tell us, he would fix after we checked out!!! Then the restroom bathtub would not drain. It was a mess to say the least. I will not recommend this comfort suites nor will we stay here when we visit!

Found a roach in our room and dead bugs in the shower. Overall great service and great area but there is only one entrance and you have to drive 5-10 out of the way to do the U-turn to get there

Our rooms ac didn’t work the first night and looked liked it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. We will not go back.

The room was spacious and was conveniently located in regards to our family and friends. The only negative thing for us is the room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke, the strands of hair found in the towels and the small selection for breakfast. Would love some grits and non-pork meat.

The front desk was very helpful and kind. Check in and out was easy. The general manager even allowed me to extend my check out without extra cost (I really appreciated that because I was working). The internet was fast, bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

Moved to the third room because of ac not working. Settled with that room just because it was last one open since we was there for softball tournaments. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and other mildew odors. Very hot in the hallways and needed vacuuming. Will not recommend this place. The bottom floor side door was able to be opened without a key so was not safe at all!!!!!

The noise level was a bit intense. Evidently there was no sound-proofing done at the time of construction.

We just needed a hotel for the night. This hotel was very convenient. I loved how festive the lobby and breakfast area was decorated and the staff were all very nice. Check in was super fast!

the first room we got bed sheets were all dirty like its was never changed you can see the dirty immediately when you walk into the room also when we open the door room we saw 2 bugs so we when to the front desk and the girl change the room and second was the same thing sheet was dirty so we change them because it was super late 3 am and we wanted to rest but they need to work on there housekeeping we pass for almost 3 rooms because the first one we had i don't remember what was the issue but the girl change before we when there

The rooms were very nice and spacious. Took my daughter and 6 friends for her birthday so the adjoining rooms were excellent. Only issue was that the cabinet in their room was full of beer bottles and cans when we opened it. Other than that great stay and comfortable place and other wise clean.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The front desk staff was super helpful and the kitchen ladies were great! One even gave me a couple of boxes to move food to the room for my sleeping kiddos.

Over all it was a nice stay. The lady that puts out breakfast doesn't kedp it full. You have to find her and tell her when something is out and then wait for it. The pool water was hot and got dirty from the mowing. It wasn't cleaned until the next day. Their drinks are $3.00 each. So bring your own.

E enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites. Beds were comfortable, there was room to spread out and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will be back!
