I felt the room could be cleaner. Carpet looked dirty and tile floors were slippery. There was mold on the shower head. Breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly.

Hotel was clean & staff was friendly. Room did not have an ironing board & shower water wasn’t hot. Breakfast was okay. I was charged twice for my room though, so my real problem is with Expedia.

The hotel was under construction, we drove 14 hours and we were tired so we did not leave the filthy, smelly, dirty hotel room and I want my money back.

The first room the floor was wet. They were nice and swapped us but that room smelled sorry . They were supposed to give us a credit but decided they couldn’t bc I booked through hotels . The workers were very friendly…

It was a unexpected stay and arrived late. Tried to shower but no soap was in room. Service desk said they don’t provide it but did provide shampoo and conditioner. That’s strange. Also 2 light didn’t work and no one showed up to fix. Breakfast was a disappointment cause always out of food. Wont stay again

The room I originally checked in too was outdated. The blinds would not open. The refrigerator didn't work and the room didn't smell good. I requested to move and the room I got was very nice. Everything was updated clean and refreshing! The staff was very nice and accommodating!

I didn't have a phone in my room. When I asked for towels they said they didn't have any clean towels. We had a room downstairs and everytime someone come in the parking lot they lights shining directly in our room all time of night. This is the most horrible time I have EVER had at a hotel. I would not be returning back. Paid almost $300 and this is the services I get.

Clean rooms

My daughter and I along with a friend and her daughter did a girls trip. We enjoyed our time at the hotel. Close to the beach. It was a family friendly hotel. The staff was great with their friendliness. Our breakfasts were awesome. We would stay at this hotel every time we come to the beach!

Nice room, very clean. The window treatments did not work. There was no way to raise the darkening shade. It appeared to be broken. Lots of staff and carts in the halls during the AM causing some issues with passage. The halls are to narrow to accommodate that much activity during check out hours. We will stay there again. It is convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Called a week before my arrival to assure everything was fine because I have had this happen before when I arrived my reservation had been moved to another location had to wait to late that evening before the issue was resolved with the new hotel

Walking through the front door the place had a unique smell to it. Once we got the key to our room we get there and open the door immediately you can smell mildew, old dirty carpet it was horrible. I ask the housekeeper on the floor if I can change my room and he let me in a room across the hall the room was no different. The front desk lady (white/heavy) was annoyed that I wanted to change my room but she did give me a new room and key. I had to go out and buy alcohol to spray the whole room down. There was no mattress protector on one of the beds, there was 8 pillows and they all had pillowcases but only 2 had pillow protectors so I had to go and get some from the front desk. Housekeeping never came to our room to see if we need new towels since we stayed more than 2 nights. When I did ask for new towels and washcloths she stated she didn’t have any and go to the front desk. As I stop by their laundry room and ask the lady who was sitting there on her phone she said that they were in the dryer and didn’t have anything clean. Our last night several kids were in the pool having a fun time that front desk lady (white/heavy) came and kicked everyone out the pool area stating she had complaints and how its 10pm and they have to get out minding you pool close at 11 and everyone that was at the hotel on spring break. Even the breakfast lady had an attitude and wouldn’t put more muffins out for guest that asked. Paid too much to stay there and they service was poor.DO NOT STAY!
