It was amazing! We even were able to check in early which allowed us more ti.e to spend time with family and friends! Clean and service was excellent!

Timothy checked us in and he was very pleasant. The room was nice and clean. It was so close to restaurants and shopping area. So convenient close to the highway also. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Pictures need to be updated. I chose this hotel hoping for a bathtub, got a shower instead and That "recently renovated" shower flooded the entire bathroom and then out into the bedroom carpeting. Whatever weather sealant it had clearly isn't working. Breakfast wasnt a lot of options and weren't great. Was hoping the pool and a hot tub as well especially since we didn't have a bathtub I was expecting but it looks as if the hot tub was filled in at some point. For a Marriott I honestly expected better overall. Disappointed.
Other than that staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be given our circumstances. Full vacancy so there was no way to move rooms after the flooding but they brought lots of extra towels. To help soak up the water. Close to the freeway, concord mall and lots of food

It was a pleasure! The bed was amazingly comfortable. Finally I didn't have to use my own pillows & blankets. The turkey sausage was burnt & dried out but i was grateful there was breakfast made. My dog Andy had a very relaxing rest on the comfortable couch. I loved the option for 1pm check out as well. Overall 5stars from me.

There was hair inside the shower which is disgusting. I don’t think that hotel should stay there if they can’t clean the rooms correctly

Staff was very helpful - we had to switch rooms because of some lingering odors perhaps. Mary promptly got us another room. The only suggestion I have is that the rooms seem to be dated. Small TV's and very loud wall unit in room

My husband and I stayed there for bout 2/3 hours before we had to leave. We seen bugs in the room and stains on bed. Tried to talk to management bout it as we were leaving and all they said was “have a good night”. Would NEVER recommend anyone stay there!!!

The bed was so close to the closet that you had to turn sideways to pass. The heating unit did not have a thermostat so the temperature was impossible to regulate. That is the primary reason I didn’t give a higher rating.

Mary Rose greeted me at the front desk. She was so kind and friendly. She helped me make sure the end of my daughter's birthday was perfect.

From the first phone conversations, check in procedure and breakfast lady, everyone we've met were really nice. They actually care about the guest. The only thing was they said the pool was heated but it's not really warm. It could've been warmer. But our kids had fun swimming nonetheless. For the location and price point its definitely worth it.

We love Springhill Suites and whenever we have the opportunity to stay in one we do. Clean, comfortable, microwave and refrigerator, hot breakfast. You can’t go wrong.

The room my family stayed in the bed was not made upon arrival and there was a stain on the couch. My room the TV didn’t work and when we had a staff member come to help they were only able to get one channel to work.

This was our 7th year staying at this hotel and this was by far the most disappointing we have experienced. Our shower leaked all over the floor every time we took a shower. The breakfast food was the same every day, eggs, bacon, sausage and a waffle maker. No potatoes and it never changed. Our last day the tv started to get very static. The layout of the room was not as comfortable as we have had before. We had a sofa but it was right in front of the beds. We have had a sofa before that was more of a living room separated by a wall to the beds. Overall it was a very disappointing experience which I had come to expect better from this hotel.

Came for the Queen city car show. The main reason for staying at this hotel was the location. Great location to the show site and for food. But this hotel is really nice. Well maintained and friendly staff. Decent breakfast also.

There was so much road noise from the freeway outside the 1st-floor room that we had to wear earplugs to get any sleep. The AC unit rattled as it turned on, ran, and turned off, waking us all night. The bed was so close to the TV stand that I had to turn sideways to get by.

Hotel is a little dated but nice. Our room had dried pee on the toilet bowl and the shower continually leaked water out of the head. However, the hotel was quiet and the bed was very soft. The front desk greeted us every time we came and went. We would stay again.
