Our room’s bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t shut properly and I have teenagers. So the front desk was very accommodating. asked for a new room, but instead they just gave us an extra room. The employee Daryl was extremely nice and excellent customer service. If you have the option to pay for the breakfast at a discount, do it. We could have paid $10 in advance for 4 but they wanted $15 a person once there so we ate at Chick-fil-A instead. Overall a nice place and close to Dorney Park.

The service is not up to par. Called the day before to request an early check-in and was promised my room would be ready at 2pm. Showed up at 2:05pm, was told the room is not ready and that i needed come back at 3pm.
Requested a room for 4 people and there was only 2 towels in the room. Called front desk and was told that I have to come downstairs to the front office to request 2 more, as they had no one to send them up.
When I told the lady in the front that the service was not good and that i would be indicating that in a review, she just said ok, like she did not really care.
Oh, and the gym is out of order....

Hotel was nice and the staff, the only problem was with hotels.com overbooking and we didn't receive the room we reserved. We were given a room with queen beds instead of a king as I had reserved.

The bartender and the cook in the kitchen were fabulous!!! We had a burger and it was one of the best I’ve ever had!!

We have to change the room because even though there is a no-smoking policy the room smells like cigarettes. The refrigerator in the room was missing a front part, the pool water was freezing, at breakfast, all the silverware was dirty, and not enough juices, so we had to ask for clean ones and the excuse was from the lady that she was by herself, then another employee arrives and the communicate in Spanish (which I speak) and she said that her workers refused to go to work on Sundays.

Fridge not working and was moldy. Lost all my food I brought and had to spend additional money on meals.

I had a good stay; however, I found very little toilet paper in my room, the shower didn’t want to turn on, and the faucet was leaking. The room was clean and front desk were very kind and helpful.

Everything was clean and nice however throughout our stay no one came to clean our room. The toilet chain kept falling off as well that part was not pleasant at all.

"What did I not like you ask?" There were a lot of things I wasn't expecting and did not like. First, the location was inconvenient. The hotel does not have an entrance directly on/off the highway and everything is about 10 minute drive away because of this slight inconvenience to access the highway. Secondly biggest inconvenience is that the room did not have linens or pillows for the sofa bed. I had call the front desk twice, and even then I still had to go down to the front desk to get the linens only to realize she didn't give me pillows. The total time waiting for these items was about an hour and a half; she originally stated 15 minutes! Once I opened the sofa bed, there were crumbs on the mattress yuk! Third, the bathroom is not being kept clean; it has hard water marks and dust around the ledges. I took pics but there is no option to upload on this site. Fourth, I knew there wasn't free breakfast, but the "restaurant" isn't a restaurant - its basically an open area the free breakfast provides at HI express. Microwave eggs, frozen sandwiches, all processed food for $12-14 each plate! No Chef in sight. They don't even offer complimentary coffee!? I don't mind paying, but it's not fresh ingredients! They don't have half and half; just coffeemate original-this is syrup! There is an in room Keurig, but no bottled water. Lastly, the a/c has no controls in my room? I paid a lot more for this room to have such a unfortunate experience. I won't be back

This place is run down. The carpet is for out everywhere I came down to get some coffee in the morning is ice cold it’s just dirty I will not stay here again. The washer and dryer’s are still using quarters. They need to step up with the times like everyone else.

Good value for those heading to Dorney Park. Just a 5 minute drive down the road and slightly cheaper than the other 3-star hotel across the street. There are plenty of dining options a few more minutes down the road as well if you haven’t already eaten at the park. Wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay, but met expectations for a family of three who needed to crash for the night.

Lighting to get to property is poor. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Breakfast availability is a joke. One person takes orders and goes and cooks the meal.

Came down with Covid and cannot travel. Hotel would not waive their cancellation policy. I feel that there could be exceptions for every policy. Next time, I will not even consider staying here, or another IHG hotel. BTW, I am a participant in their reward program.

Every body was very nice. we had couple of issues. did not have hot water. they were just warm. had to take cold shower. could not put the blind down. service people were out so we slept with blind open

Staff was AMAZING! They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They always had a smile on their face. Seriously the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in!
