Room was okay for a Marriott however bathroom was not up to par- stains on the wallpaper, floor seems were dirty and shower head was “crusty

I loved that it was very quiet and clean! Napolean was the nicest hotel attendant that I have seen! He was very attentive and always acknowledged my presence with a smile or hello. There were no people hanging out outside which I loved because it gave me a sense of security! I had a overall great experience. I have stayed there before and I will definitely return :)

First off, we booked a king room and upon arrival we're told we were getting a two double bedroom. This was a trip for me and my husband to be alone and we ended up sleeping in separate beds. I don't even own a double bed at my house. The toilet ran all night long and the room smelled like animal. I am incredibly disappointed

This property gets points for a kind employee who checked us in, water pressure, the bed was comfortable and that’s it! The front desk called at 1:58am and said they had a complaint about loud music. I was furious! We were asleep! The clerk could have walked to our room & verified we didn’t have music playing. In addition, there was not a refrigerator in our room, the furniture was worn, the placed smelled like smoke off and on. When checking in, an employee (maintenance guy?) was openly and loudly flirting with the lady checking in ahead of me. Very unprofessional! Never again will I give any Courtyard another dime of my money.

I have stayed here a few times, and the staff has always been great. The only thing was this time the hot tub was not working, right. It had to be filled so the water was cold for a while, and the Jets didn’t work at all. We tried to go sit out by the fire pit that was advertised, and it was completely shut off and no cushions out there. That would’ve been fine when they used to have gazebo there but it’s gone as well. Overall, I was fine with my stay. It was comfortable it was clean but the reason I stayed there was specifically for those features so I was a little disappointed there. If they get those fixed that place will be an awesome place to relax and spend the night

Room was clean for the most part.
A few pieces of trash & a pair of socks were overlooked on floor.
Stain on bottom clean sheet (that didn’t wash out seemingly). Toilet paper holder coming out of the wall was annoying.
Suggest a microwave and 1additional trash can in room.
The AC/ heater unit next door to ours was very noisy.
Exceptional lobby and impressive lounge area. Wish there would have been coffee station in the morning like there was water.
Would stay again.

Great access to the airport. Comfortable bed. Outlets on lights on wall don't hold a plug. Also, two of the several nights I was there, I came out to see a different car having had their windows busted out and shattered glass on the ground.

After arriving around 5pm ( 2hours after check-in time), the room had not been cleaned, l hotel was overbooked so I had to wait for housekeeping to clean. Toilet was clogged, had to unclog it myself. They had no additional towels. Will not return.

Awesome stay. Staff are very friendly. Wish they had fans in the bathroom though. Also parking lot was kind of dirty. Takes away from the whole picture. Stayed here several times. Always pleasant.

Below average experience, dated furniture, basic room amenities, no in room safe, noisy neighbors , the smell of weed every night and management has been notified.
Been into many Marriott hotels worldwide, this was the least expected from the Marriott name. Friendly staff, good and easy parking, breakfast across the street.
No housekeeping during our stay, room wasn't cleaned or refreshed even for coffee.

Wanted to stay here due to having a indoor pool and hot tub. Got here was informed the pools heater broke and the hot tub has been broke for over a month. I was highly upset this was not on the site. My child was very upset. Was not going to find another hotel because of the non refundable hotel. Wasn’t able to get any money back either. The lady who checked us in was BEYOND AMAZING at her job. She is very professional and friendly.

It looks nice and has high prices. Everything was clean but a few things in our room were broken including the outlets. There’s one small microwave in the lobby tucked inside the market area which was poorly stocked and insanely priced with products double or triple the normal price. Our shower drain was clogged with hair and the water puddled when showering. There was no complimentary morning coffee in the lobby which would’ve been fine if the employee I asked upon arrival had not said there was. The hotel was nicer visually but I wouldn’t stay there again. I had a more pleasant experience at a Day’s Inn so I’ll probably try another hotel next trip.

bedside lamp broken, leaning over, not working. Receptacles in light panel on each side of bed not working. wall receptacle beside bed without switch plate cover, dangerous. Ice bucket missing a top. Top supplied by front desk didn't fit. Of three wall-mounted cannisters, in shower, no shampoo. One cannister not functional. Staff courteous, however. Overall well below Marriott standard. I've never encountered such at Marriott. Will not return.

Never Again. The rooms were sooooooo out dated. 18 inch TVs.
Bathrooms had mold and fixtures falling out of the wall. Furniture had visible stains.. which I made sure I did not touch at all. Poor area was nasty, no towels, beer caps all over the floor. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy stay here.

The staff was amazing. Opal went above and beyond to help me in any way she could. Best customer service I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. Kenyata was also so helpful ensuring I was satisfied with my room along with Amina. But the property, horrible. Everything is broken. If it wouldn’t of been for these ladies customer service I would of left in thirty minutes

Took out 110 dollars extra for a two day stay. Stopped breakfast early. Opal was rude and had a attitude. Then she charged me for a 1230 check out i will never come back to this or any Marriott

Mold, tub was disgusting black ring, mold, sheeting was stained, they provided new sheets those also were stained.
Tub was cligged so the dirty water drained slow left residue and dirt around tub and feet when showering.

The room was very old. Some of the lights didn't work, the toilet tank constantly and there was mold around the room of the toilet. I'm hoping that this hotel is due for a renovation /update. The breakfast was horrible. You had the offer of a bistro breakfast(breakfast sandwich or burrito) and drink or continental breakfast which was a voice of 2 bagel, muffin or scone, cereal or fruit and a drink. Cheap crappy starches. Very disappointing for the price of the room.

The staff including housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. I felt safe and well taken care of. The light on the left side was not working but it was not a problem for me. The lever to make the water go from shower to bath did not work, therefore I could not take a bath.

This location could prepare the rooms with a bit more concern on the details. The room appeared clean but a used condom wrapper wrapper was tucked in a corner. Other than that it was a nice location

When I arrive my room was not ready so
I was switched to a different room which I hr hot tub was broken smelled like carpet was wet stink and everything was dirty killed like 4 bugs just horrible and I was charge an incidental fee that was never mentioned… don’t stay here ever I wish I didn’t .. horrible horrible
