Parking is very tight.Overall great place to stay.

We live in Savannah and this is our date weekend location. Front desk folks are very friendly. Check in and Check out was seamless. Parking was no problem. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a king and very spacious. The location is amazing. Coffee. Refrigerator. On Tybressia and across from the pier. Lot of dining and entertainment options. However there were several glitches on this visit. The ice machine was not working. We were not informed of this at check in. When I went to the front desk expecting they had a solution I was told to go across the street to a bar and get some. A serious inconvenience. On top of that, there was a race weekend and we actually couldn't cross the street. The next morning we discovered the microwave was not working. It would not start. Then on Saturday, very loud banging and drilling construction started early in the morning. This was super annoying. We advised the front desk of these issues and they were right on it. The microwave was almost immediately fixed and the front desk went and got us ice as we were out on the street. But it was still not ideal. Especially that construction. I realize these were one off's that just happened. There's never a good time at a hotel for construction work, but we could have been advised to expect this and they could have had a solution for the ice issue. The outside areas could use a good clean. We'll return, but will call 1st!

The water doesn't get very hot. The bed are not comfortable very hard.

The property had mold in room 202 - then they wouldn't refund our money when we wanted to leave the property

Vent Machines had things old. No light in my night stand.

I love that it's very convenient to everything. I did kill two roach bugs and was disappointed the ice machines card reader didn't work and neither was your drink machine working.

Very good stay. Front Desk was excellent. Check in was fast. Room was big and clean. Only issue is the room was directly across from the elevator. It was ok this stay because its off season, but I would advise NOT getting this room in the high season. Excellent location

This is our second time staying here, both times during December. For my daughter and i, its perfect. Zero complaints other than this time, our mini fridge was a little loud and i had to unplug it every night to sleep peacefully. This was in room 203. Otherwise, perfect stay for us!!

I honestly cannot say anything good about this establishment. The building is outdated, the room we were given was subpar and had a really bad stench. The bed was no different than a brick. My wife and I had to leave a day early from our stay due to COVID illness and yet the establishment never gave us a refund. Trust and believe me when I say this is one poace you definitely definitely want to avoid. Other than that, there were a lot of great places to go shopping in the area and the pier was right around the corner.

Very convenient to the Pier, restaurants, shopping. All was within walking distance, even with my bad knee. Staff was pleasant and kind, very helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Nice place to stay in the off season big party place for the in season

We had a wonderful stay! We got upgraded to a deluxe room for our honeymoon and the kitchen area was awesome. No breakfast is provided so it was nice to be able to cook. The bed was absolutely heavenly. The room was so cute. One thing that was not disclosed was that the hotel doesn't have an elevator so be mindful of that if you get booked on the 2nd floor and can't do 2 flights of stairs. We loved the proximity to the beach, just two or three minutes walk!

This was our second stay here & the reason I rebooked is because you truly can’t beat the location. It’s so convenient. I do feel like there could be some major improvements to the property & the rooms could have been a bit cleaner (honestly they probably just need to be refreshed overall) but for the value and the service, I definitely feel happy with our stay. I will likely book again in the future.

Blood in comforter. Complained without it getting fixed. Had to go back in office and complain again after dark. Got 1 of 2 nights refund not both. (Repeat-they did not change or fox the issue until I came back later that night. I had to leave again and wait. Running faucets and toilets. Would not stay there again

Excellent location, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and the pier. Beautiful view. Staff was friendly and professional.

We had a great day everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Parking was free. Bed was comfy enough and clean. We were able to watch the parade from the above landing which was so nice. We would like to also mention that I left my wallet in the room and made it all the way home but someone found it cleaning and turned it into the office and they called me. They are supposed to be mailing it to me soon. So happy to have good honest people I care about their customers. Hopefully it will arrive soon so I cannot stress out about the postal service or someone losing it (besides me).... will will stay again in the future.

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL DUMP, IT MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE IF YOURE STAYING IN A HALFWAY HOUSE. NOT EVEN A DOOR IN THE BATHROOM FOR PRIVACY, ( WIDE OPEN ) ALL KINDS OF BROOMS, PAINTING SUPPLYS AND MAINTENANCE STUFF IN PLANE VIEW OUTSIDE OUR ROOM

Needs bigger parking spots but other than that it was great! The staff is really great and the housekeeping is great as well. If there is a problem during your stay they try their best to accommodate it.

My family stays thete 3 to 4 times a year with no issues but our weekend was horrible. Our bed had bed bugs. We took pictures and reportrd it to the office manager. We are waiting to be contacted about our room and expect a full refund with no problems.

I always like staying here. parking is a little tight, but the location makes up for it.

Very loud at night . Lots of Pot smoking around the pool area , the entire hotel smelled of pot . When they would “clean” the rooms the bed sheets were never changed. We believe we have bits from bug at hotel . The upside , the pool itself was very clean

This place was filthy. The mattress and shower curtain had mold/mildew, the floor was maybe ran over with a dirty mop. The walls/baseboards have never been cleaned/wiped off. We stayed one night and left forfeiting our money. It was that bad!

Close to beach, shopping and dining. Very nice staff and great prices.

Great location. The weekend we stayed there were lots of families standing/sitting on stairs and were rude and didn’t want to move for others to get past.

This place isn’t for everybody, but I love it. The set up is really great with pool Location and balcony overlooking the street. Easy parking close to everything. Not the most noise free hotel ever- but the walls are thick and I had no problem sleeping. This place feels very ‘tybee’ in all the good ways.
