Area is fine, room had ants, toilet not working, tub had rust and dripping faucet bad, carpets in place dirt and ripped, and hallways too. Door being help open by garbage bag, and elevator sounds like it is on its last leg. I would never go back to that choice location hotel: very disappointed with quality:

Staff at front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Had the non smoking room on the 2nd floor which was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The free hot breakfast was decent. I would use again on future trips.

It's okay, but as the property building the very important thing replace the carpet at rooms and front rooms and stairs as soon as possible. The AC filters should replaced soon.

It's clean smells good since it's smoking as well. And i smoke but like going outside at times. Staff is great very polite and if you have a problem they work with you.

Room was half clean. The bathroom floor didnt look like it was clean and a few weeks or more. Carpet needed clean. Stands and fridge was dirty. The tv didnt worked.

It was close enough to the casino, a quick uber there and back.

The clerk would not split the bill between two credit cards.

Rooms are run down , the doors to enter the rooms are out of square and that leaves a gap for anyone to see into your room .

It was in rough shape. Not clean, room was a non-smoking room but smelled very strongly of stale smoke.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The beds were extra comfortable. Everything was clean. The only thing I didn’t notice was a subtle smoky smell like some things hadn’t been updated since they had smoking rooms.

Comfortable bed, clean and functional bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, and there was 24 hr coffee available. The condition of the hotel was shabby…old torn carpeting in the hallway, and the elevator was rickety. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The fitness equipment was not usable because it was filthy with sweat stains on the two pieces of equipment, and the treadmill was old and unusable. Nothing available to clean it in the fitness room.

We enjoyed our stay here. Overnight staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to change rooms due to my mistake and Expedia not having pictures of the room. I mistakenly thought the "2 king size bed" option was 2 beds, but it it's 1 California king size. They switched us to another room without hassle. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Not a great hotel. Not very clean, our hotel phone rang a few times at 6am, not sure why. Staff seemed nice.

I was not happy that I requested a king size bed for the night as I am a tall man but instead I got a room with two beds and I barely fit in the beds there. So was not the normal pleasant time I usually have at sleep inn Bensalem.

Room was moldy smelling and judging by rust on the lamps and bottom of fridge, the room had flooded not long in the past. The door to the room was not fitted correctly to the opening and I could see the hallway through the side when the door was closed. Luckily the most important thing in the room, the bed, was clean and the mattress looked new underneath. Breakfast area was clean looking and decent.

The staff was friendly and helpful as could be arriving early..at nite residents there sneak around and listen at your doors and listen to conversations..do not get the first floor cause again people that live there or close creep threw windows...caught both times but denied it

This Hotel met our needs for a 1 night stay. The room was as expected and the King sized bed was very comfortable. The chair and ottoman were past their prime and if you sat in either one you sank down making it hard to get back up. The staff was very friendly and Helen who I spoke with on the phone prior to our arrival was very helpful. When we checked in she was working at the front desk and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would stay here again for a day or two.

The place was good. The price was good. I have stayed in better places and I have stayed in worst. We only slept there. For that is was good.

The hotel was super dirty. My room hadn't been cleaned even tho the beds were made. The whole floor of rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. There was filthy carpet, and beer caps on the closet floor. The walls had what appeared to be blood spatter and toothpaste on them. Lamp shade had gross stains. The toilet seat was falling off. The fridge had food all along the top seal. The carpet was missing in places. Mold was in the bathroom. The tile was missing large pieces of grout that will filled with mold. The hair dryer plug was broken and dangerous to use. I was forced to stay the first night because it was very late in the evening when I got there. I got new sheets for both beds from the manager and changed them myself. The next morning the property manager showed me several more rooms which were the same. After explaining I needed to get my money back he moved me to a suite room which still wasn't great but a bit better and adequate for the last night since I had very few options this late in my trip. I will never stay there again. I took but can't get them to upload. I did share them on google for others to see before staying there.
