Good value for location, clean enough if a bit basic. Friendly staff.

We have triple single beds, very limited space in the room, otherwise the staff are helpful. The location is accessible to Kings Cross so it is very convinient.
5.0
Good facilities, great location, good price
2.0
Great location for a one night stay.
8.0
It is clean and very close to London attractions.

Excellent value in my opinion. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel, this clearly isn’t it. But if you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, keep your things securely, and have a shower all to yourself, and one step up from a hostel, this is pretty decent.

Quad basement room technically accommodated 3 adults and a teenager but there was no spare space and the bathroom was teeny tiny and difficult to move let alone get changed in. The kettle also didn’t work but was replaced the second day. Location was very good.
3.0
Nice location, it’s a budget hotel so could not complain with the price

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location opposite King's Cross train station. Room was rather small and tight for 3 beds and 4 people, but as it was just for 1 night, I didn't mind.
2.0
Very old fashioned but clean and convenient for St Pancras station.

The location was great - about half-a-block and across the street from King's Cross - St Pancras. And right on the Piccadilly line - so no need to change trains from London Heathrow airport. The room was small but updated and clean with private bathroom (with shower). I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Perfect for an overnight before morning Eurostar

Friendly & helpful young lady at front desk. The room & staircase are narrow but you know that beforehand for this type of hotel. The location is terrific, especially if you need the St. Pancras train station which has direct connections to Heathrow and Eurostar. Easy walk also to the British Museum. I likely will stay here again upon a return trip to London.

Stayed here before an early train out of King’s Cross. Great location, helpful staff, and the beds were sooo comfy! The bathrooms are a bit small, but other than that it was great! Highly recommend!
2.0
Very central location, room fine for 1-2 night stay, clean. Room is small which is normal for central London. The canal in the bathroom smelled which I think is to be expected in an old building.
Quality/price ratio was good.
Staff (Jake) was very helpful!
3.0
We loved this place! Charming, unique, comfy, great location, and great service. Jake was super warm & friendly and was quite helpful for about how to get around. Only "complaint" would be that it would be super helpful to put up a shelf or two in the bathroom so there's one of them, and eventually update the bathroom.
I will definitely stay here next time I'm in London.

I think we got what we expected from this hotel; convenient location, clean but tiny and cramped. The walls are very thin so we were awakened at 4am by an argument above, but it only lasted a minute (I get stressed out too when I have to get up to travel at 4am!) They do offer bag storage but the front desk is only open during the day. Beds were hard.

Should not sell it as a star property.

Right across from train station. Here for one night to get train. Hotel is exactly as described on Expedia. Room small but modern and clean. A few properties off the main road so pretty quiet. Would stay again

A nice hotel, very welcoming personal and clean.

If you have luggage be prepared to carry it up several flights of stairs.
The positive is it’s close proximity to the train station

Everything was good except the room is super small.

It is a small, clean hotel with limited space but comfortable for one or two people and a stay of no more than three days. Excellently located next to St. Pancras International, the subway, and many dining options. It can be difficult to sleep in late in the morning due to the noisy area. I believe a plus is the wonderful attention from the receptionist, a Maltese guy named Jake, always smiling and friendly. I suggest writing to the hotel before arrival and requesting a room on the first floor. There is no elevator.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Clean, nice beds. Quiet hotel and staff are very friendly

Very well located but small room and minimum Equipement in the bathroom

The staff were great. Our very small room was on the bottom floor. Noise from the office upstairs, the Tube and outside made it nearly impossible to sleep. The bathroom is tiny & the shower was moldy.

Receptionist was lovely and welcoming communal area well kept. However my room had a window facing a courtyard on the same level that was used as a cut through the building and my window did not close. A member of staff barged in apparently to locate a charger and I was in bed, luckily I had put the chain on the door. The water smelt stagnant to the degree I did not make a drink or have a shower. I was too worried about my personal belongings now to leave the room vacant. I had to use the office facilities when I got to work. I did not get a restful night as I was concerned that due to the window my room was not secure.

This is a nice little place to stay if you’re waiting overnight for a train - right across the street from King’s Cross St Pancras. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our bags. The room was good and clean, and one of the few we could find to comfortably fit four people. Good food options in the immediate area that are open until 1:00 am. The street was noisy but that’s the area!

Nice place to stay when you want to explore London

Tiny room, bathroom unacceptable -toilet smelled, noisy guests. Absolutely overpriced compared to other London hotels. Positives were very friendly and helpful staff, good housekeeping and good location.
Overall, would NOT stay there again. As frequent visitors we know there are far better choices in London.

Perfectly located for travelling on the Eurostar (which is the reason why I chose it). Tiny but cute. Heating worked well (though I turned it off because of the weather). Narrow, steep stairs very typical of London. Unfortunately, I was on the top floor. TV did not work - interference. Kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Good toilet paper.

Rooms and bathrooms very small, people great and helpful. Perfectly located at King's Cross. We will come back!

For the money how can you complain, and great location too for the train stations. You could argue its a slightly noisy from the tube tracks because the tub lines runs under the hotel somewhere, but probs only a room or too is affected, but they go quiet around 12 anyway, part of the fun of being in London, you get that problem all over the city anyway, even in private houses.

It was very convenient for St. Pancras and the room was reasonably quiet and on the ground floor as requested although there were a few steps up and down - my wife is partially disabled, but room very small and basic shower room tiny. No restaurant but that is OK as Premier Inn just up the road.
3.0
Small room and smaller bathroom. Room was clean and quiet
