All employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were more than in similar hotels. Good experience!

Ill say it again, Donna is lovely and accommodates my need to be by lobby each week. Additionally, i injured my foot and she went upstairs and packed a huge bag of ice allowing to fully submerge my foot. She really came through for me at time i needed help. There's a lady in the morning as well as another night guy who have only been pleasant and cheerful in our interactions. Thank you all.

Javon at the front desk was friendly and our stay was pleasant :)

The receptionist was visibly sick when I checked in. I was concerned for her being on duty as a health risk the rooms are not soundproofed well enough and I could hear clearly noise in the hallway, as well as inside the adjacent rooms.

We had a great stay. Staff are very friendly, had a free hot breakfast, felt safe and the room was perfect.

We visited our daughter at UVM. It was a short drive to campus with lots of shopping and restaurants very close to the hotel.

This property seems to have some water damage that was visible in the hallways and the room smelled very musty because of it. The flooring is old and could use some love. The staff was polite and for one quick night it was fine and had a good breakfast.

The morning of our day of checkin we received an e-mail from the manager of Fairfield Inn by Marriott Burlington Williston that the had to move us to the Delta by Marriott due to unfortunate circumstances. Our reservation included free breakfast but the one they moved us to did not. We talked to the front desk about this and they said they would check into this and there was nothing she could approve. So we went to Delta by Marriott and eventually they got approval and gave us our breakfast at their restaurant. I am rating the Delta by Marriott besides question 1.

Our room was ridiculously humid. Our clothes felt damp and the wood in the room smelled bad because it was rotting. There was no fan in the bathroom and the bathroom door didn't close properly. Breakfast was convenient, but nothing special. My biggest beef with this property is the $20 charge for services not rendered (high speed internet which I did not use and a beverage from their Market which I did not take). They didn't tell me about this charge at checkout, and I didn't find out about the charges until I returned to Canada. I called and spoke to someone at the hotel who seemed to genuinely care. He advised that he would get back to me within a couple of days. He did not. The hotel did not respond to subsequent calls or emails. Marriott's Customer Service was of no use, and they directed me back to Expedia. Expedia was, unsurprisingly, unable to help. Fortunately MasterCard's Customer Service refunded me the fee. Oh, and the hotel's pool was closed but we did not find out about this until we were there and saw that it was closed. This hotel's location is convenient but I will never stay here again.

It was difficult to find the hotel in the dark as the sign was not lit up. We arrived later in the evening and drove past it. The GPS said you have arrived as we zipped by the hotel and turned around to go into the driveway. I realize Vermont does not have lit neon signs like other states but the sign, which is in a bunch of bushes or trees, is difficult to see even in the daytime. I do not believe that the cleaning people ever cleaned our room. We did make the beds everyday and tidied up the room each day before we left. I know they did not go into our room as the coffee cups which we used for taking pills, etc were not replenished. The room was clean when we got there and we kept it as clean as possible during our stay. The breakfast was good and the staff really kept the food replenished and the coffee containers filled. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

The place was nice and clean. Friendly staffs. Good breakfast. Wished they have a sign where the entrance to the building from the main road because I drive past it twice before I found it. But all in all great place

Nice shower heads I guess. Other than that, pretty dumpy for $250/night.

To start I was given a room key and when I got there the room was still being cleaned. 20 minutes later I got into my room. There was a big stain on the couch which I didn’t get a picture of but I didn’t really mind. I went to see a show close by. When I got back I noticed that there were old dried blood stains on my blanket but it was late and I just slept on the other side of the bed. I got up at 8:00 to get breakfast and it was a mess in the breakfast area. There were no juices available du to it all being out of order. Check out is at noon but while I was in the shower at 11:00 housekeeping decided to pound on the door to see if I was still there. The do no disturb sign was on the door. I have been staying at this Fairfield inn for a really long time. It was always my go to place when doing things in the Burlington area. I think I might have to find a new place from now on which is really sad.

While the staff was lovely the hotel itself was unfortunately not in great shape. it felt like a motel charging hotel prices.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a king and pull out sofa. The room was for 2 people well over 6ft tall. Having for one to sleep on a pull out sofa was not acceptable. Don’t show availability for rooms you don’t have.

The person who checked us in was lovely. When our first room smelled horribly of marijuana she switched our room. The people running and screaming in the hall until all hours of the night made it so none of us slept. They broke a light fixture in the hall and left broken glass everywhere. My husband tried to call the front desk but our phone didn’t work.He used his cell phone and asked if they could do something about the noise as well and they said no. The cable went out as well. The pool cut all the kids’ feet because it was so sharp like rocky sandpaper. The person putting breakfast out was very nice but they hadn’t prepared for a “sold out” weekend and couldn’t keep up with the demand. There was also only decaf coffee and after being kept up 2 nights coffee was needed! For the nearly $1000 for 2 nights we expected way more from a Marriot chain hotel

It’s right off a highway, near shopping areas, in a suburban area. Less than a half-hour to Ben & Jerry’s Waterbury Tour, less than a half-hour to the Vermont Teddy Bear Company tour, and it is also a short drive to Church Street, ECHO Leahy Center, etc., in Burlington. We had a room with a view of a wall, but the upside is it felt very private even with the curtains open. They offer Continental breakfast. The bottom of the pool was discolored, but it was an okay pool. Our room was clean. The staff was polite and efficient.

My stay was relatively pleasant, but the condition of my room ( I can’t comment on the others) was sub par to other Fairfield locations I’ve stayed at in the past. The bathroom had rust around the tub and the ceiling paint in the room was peeling. Totally unexpected.

Poor driveway and parking lot lighting

When we walked into the room, we discovered that it wa as super small and only had a king bed in it instead of including the pull out couch as I reserved. There was less than two feet to walk around the whole bed and the bathroom was so small that you had to get creative to be able to get far enough in to be able to close the door behind you. Overall, we were not happy with our stay and will likely not be staying in another Fairfield Inn.

Free meal quality seems to be better than same grade of hotels which we have been explored. Thanks for variable types of foods.

The room was freezing (even with AC off), the duvet was thin and even with extra blanket it was uncomfortably cold (in June). The place was noisy and the tv didn’t work at all. Not at all worth the cost.
