Room was okay, however the bathroom was very dirty! Husband had to clean before we could use it.

I stopped here as a weary traveler. The bed was hard as a rock. The elevator ding is so loud I heard it all night down the hall. The ice machine is in a small area that echoes down the hall as well. The amount of people slamming doors and running through the halls close to midnight was ridiculous. Lots of missing or broken breakfast items.

It was a great untie vacation. The hotel and staff were wonderful. The room was in perfect order and quiet. Great location and we love going to Pucket’s.

There isnt any soundproofing. Its hortible. But the wonderful staff like Victoria at front desk and Lisa at breakfast room more than made up for it. Yhey were great.

Two ladies working the front desk were so friendly and welcomed us for a short overnight stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. A lot of light for overnight parking so you can feel your belongings are safe that you have to leave in the car overnight. You can tell the hotel is older and remodeled but worked well enough for us!

Still had reservations. Had 10 kids for track meet. Told they were closed for renovations. Was not notified by hotel or Expedia. Town was booked. Had to pay twice as much 30 minutes away with no assistance from hotel or Expedia. Very upset with both parties. Plus now I keep getting this same email from Expedia requesting a review on this property!!

The staff at this property are impeccable- so friendly and efficient. The front area and breakfast area was spotless and decorated for fall/Halloween. The office chair in our room needed to be replaced and the bathroom was dated and could use a refresh. Beds were very clean and comfortable. We had stayed here before and will again in the future.

2nd floor elevator was not operating from the 2nd floor. Had to go down exit stairs to the elevator on main floor in order to go to second floor. ( could not call elevator up from second floor).

I was surprised at how clean the place was, how comfy, clean and soothe room was but most of all the amazing breakfast! I haven’t had a hotel breakfast like this in a long time! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, warm cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins, toast , oJ , Chobani yoghurt and great coffee! The place was clean quiet and tastefully decorated. My only complaint was the person in the room next to me who watched TV until 3:30 am… but the hotel can’t be blamed for that. I would definitely come again!

The lobby was pretty; decorated for fall. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. It didn’t feel as clean as usual, kind of musty, and there was a stain on one of our bed sheets. Overall, it was good though. I know everyone is short staffed, so I don’t expect perfection anywhere. I’d stay again.

Breakfast was amazing, ham and cheese omelettes, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels, juices, milks, coffees, fruit, Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, yogurts. The breakfast alone is worth the stop!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very apologetic about not having a hot breakfast the day we were there, but did nothing to compensate for it. I'm sure they were probably not empowered to, so not their fault. However, we chose this hotel because it was supposed to come with a hot breakfast.
